Guys thanks for the replies but I just realized that I am so stupid. I looked at all of the vehicles and I wondered what ELS was, until I looked at some tutorials and showcases. Well I got ELS and now it works. Thanks though.

What do you put in to force callout? I can't get the callouts to happen on their own. What are the names of the callout I mean

Every model I download, most of the lightbar isn't on there and the lights don't flash. Once I turn on the car the lights that spawned stay on and freeze. Somebody help me with this.
