Hello all, I have spent the last about 3 months trying to learn and get comfortable with how modeling works. Here I present to you a 1 car vehicle pack. This is based on Rome Police Department (Georgia) and features:

here's how you do it
Anything you want to be reflected, you want to leave on a transparent texture. Obviously, follow the template and once you are done delete it and name it Reflective
Anything you dont want reflective for example Color of the car, License plates, maybe badges just color in the background with the other things you don't want to be reflected. 
 
@RobertTM has a really great tutorial on his reflective packs if you want more in depth stuff done.

Hey everyone, this pack has been massively overhauled and even for me has been tiring. This pack now includes skins for new base models and some fully new skins along with getting rid of some obsolete skins. This is as always going to be updated "regularly" with updated textures and new models that fit with this pack. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section.

Well, I'm here with a second vehicle release. This time a whole three vehicles! (impressive right? /s) I've always liked the look of South Carolina State Transport Police and I thought they would make a great pack. I tried to make it as accurate as possible but there isn't a lot of information about their equipment and vehicles so I had to guess and make changes where I could. 
SCSTP's primary duty is commercial vehicle enforcement so the vehicles in the pack are set up for that to the best of my ability.

Well, its kinda out of nowhere and thanks to some health issues forcing me out of work for the foreseeable future, I am happy to give you this pack based off Tennessee State Troopers. As usual this pack may be updated with more models and/or skins once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins for the corresponding vehicle then save. Remember everyone, I base my skin packs off of base model templates NOT for any one specific vehicle pack. Because the templates don't really change, skins can be applied to basically any pack of your choice so long as the base models used are the same as the ones I have used. I do try to use the most common base models so they should cover the bulk of the vehicle packs available.

These are pretty old, and there are better options out there if I'm being honest. Use if you'd like, but I'd make some edits to the material spec and the rubber thickness so they're a bit more accurate if you do decide to use these.


Setina Pack, you should know how to use these. Scale them properly, the only one scaled properly is the Tahoe Setina (I think) you'll have to scale them or whatever idc. I just wanna go to sleep at the moment. Enjoy
 
 
Feel free to convert to whatever game you wish, I don't care if you use it for Farming Sim, Euro Truck, etc. I just request I receive the proper credits for the model regardless of where you use it.

It's not just a k-9 unit! It's k-9 with a prisoner transport! So, now you can have best of both worlds! I spent a month on this Tahoe, perfecting this! There isn't a thing that wasn't looked at and fixed...Love this Tahoe..Even has working spotlights corona's!Own VCF. Some extra options should you decide you want them. Give it a download and check it out! Also, the twitter on the back of the Tahoe is real. I was making the livery from Georgia Tech PD and thought it would be cool to have a Sandy Shores PD twitter. If you want to check it out..just saying. Haha.

To install the models:
1)Get OpenIV
2)Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/click on vehicles.rpf
3)Make sure edit mode is on at the top right and click the green "plus" up top.
4)Import the police.yft,police_hi and police.ytd
 
To install ELS .VCF
1)With normal window browser(not openIV) got to local disk C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
2)Drag and drop the police.xml that was provided in the download. The provided .VCF is to ensure correct lighting patterns and extra's.
 
To install extra options in the folders:
1)With OpenIV navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/vehicles.rpf and look for police.ytd
2)Make sure edit mode is on
3)Click import
4)Naviate to where the extra optional textures are and click on them
5)Click save

Information:
Last year I got to tour the West Coast of America, from Cali to Washington State to Nevada. I was lucky enough to get a massive amount of snaps of police cars whilst I was out there, and so here's the first pack from that album. I fell in love with Santa Monica, from the beaches to the vibe it has, so I thought 'hey, I think L.S. could do with a bit of beach vibes', and hopefully this pack will bring that, from Del Perro to El Burro Heights.

Hey everyone! I made more BCSO textures........ LSPD pack coming soon though👀 Anyway... I hope you enjoy this silver BCSO pack! These are transparent textures so don't be alarmed when you spawn them and they turn out white. Just change the vehicle color to metallic silver.
