Welp, this is like it says, version 2! This whole pack has been redone and updated and tweaked. This means some vehicles were dropped and some were added. This pack is based off the VPD and hopefully gives you that nice look and feel. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins for the corresponding vehicle then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Let me know if I missed anything.

Well guys, here you have one of my favorites. This pack is based off of one small town PD from New York. I managed to put in a couple of different units for you to use, only the transport van might be coming later on. Please do not rip-off and re-upload these textures. Have fun policing.

Haven't had much time to get around to modding. But this is a vehicle I see almost on a daily. Haven't made it, so decided to create it. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do.

This is one of the many small packs from the Treasury of STB. I thought I'd share this to celebrate being able to upload things on the site again after the admins fixed the issues. The pack is based off of the City of York PD from South Carolina. Here you have a small skin pack for Blaine County Sheriff based off of Collin County in Texas. I also threw in for you their special Durango, since there's not many skins for it on the site. Please be advised that although I was trying to replicate CCSO as closely as possible, everything I made is adjusted to my liking and hopefully you will like and enjoy the skins as well. Please do not rip-off and re-upload these textures. Started playing with this skin a while ago to give a very American feel/vibe while still being believably an actual usable police paint job. There are some stealth skins I plan to add in the near future but if I'm honest, I wanted to get this out in time for the 4th of July as I think it is very fitting. I want to give a thanks to BradM who put together the very fitting crest for this pack. This is a San Andreas state police pack done in 4K and based off of New Mexico State Police. I called it DPS 'cause I also put in for you the Motor Transportation Division (i was in a good mood) and Mounted Patrol (not really part of DPS, but....). I've made a bunch of different versions, as much as I had the patience for in this first batch. Please be advised that although I was trying to replicate NMSP as closely as possible, everything I made is adjusted to my liking and hopefully you will like and enjoy the skins as well. Please do not rip-off and re-upload these textures. Here is a LSPD and County police pack. This is an ELS Hybrid pack. What does that mean? It means that ELS controls the extra like normal, but carcols controls the enviromental lighting.

Install:
Just copy the contents from .rar to the respective folders in your /mods folder. In order all the cars to work correctly all of the files need to be placed EXACTLY in the respective folders.
 
Also included is a updated siren light texture. This will increase the realism from vehicles that use carcols for the enviromental lighting. 
Install:
If you have a graphics mod like VisualV or such where the graphics.ytd is in your update.rpf, then copy to your graphics.ytd. 
If you do not have graphics.ytd copied over, copy your graphics.ytd to your mods/update/update.rpf/x64/textures

I got so many comments, messages and even reviews saying that we need the Cobra Tahoe updated for ELS. Well, I listened to you guys...and not only did I do a Cobra Tahoe...But, I also did A K-9 slicktop Tahoe as well for you guys to enjoy.Totally rebuilt from scratch.I've recieved so many good compliments on the Tahoe pack from testers! I am so happy with how it turned out!!I have included 5 other skins that is a mixture of getinmybelly0627,MrOxPlay and my liveries that I added for your guy's enjoyment. I am not totally sure how many it can hold.....I want to say 8...But, I could be wrong. Never tried.

This vehicle pack contains 9 vehicles. 5 patrol, 2 unmarked and 2 K9 vehicles, with the nForce light bars set up to emulate dual/tri color modules and floodlight takedowns.  The patrol vehicles come with two different types of skins. White and black, and blue and copper. If you want a silver base like in my screens you'll have to use the trainer, or the default is white. The vehicle set ups are not based off anything,  just the skins are based of the modern Arizona DPS design.

- 2014 Charger  (Patrol)
- 2016 FPIS (Patrol)
- 2016 Charger (Patrol & Unmarked)
- 2015 Tahoe (Patrol & K9)
- 2013 FPIU (Patrol, Unmarked & K9)
 
PLEASE NOTE 
-  The pack is split into two parts due to upload size limits. 
-  If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 will not work in game. You can rename these files, or any of them to whatever slot you want. Just make sure your VCFs and vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

KNOWN ISSUES:
- There will be floating emissives/lights on certain vehicles when opening the trunk or when bumpers fall off. This is because due to the limited extras I can't attach every emissive to their respective parts without drastically changing the lighting setup. Personally I'd rather set up the lighting the way I wanted it and just live with the floating lights on the odd occasion I open my trunk with the lights on or obliterate my front end. Sorry if this bothers you.
 
OTHER INFO/SUPPORT:
ARE YOUR WINDOWS AND LIGHTBAR COMPLETELY BLACK!? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />  ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances.  If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there. Also please note the patterns are limited on these vehicles to achieve the dual color effect. If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix. Please do not rate the file down for matters of complete opinion. E.g. 'I don't like lighting patterns 3/5'.

Here's a pack I started a while ago. It was supposed to be a megapack, but because I don't have time to even wipe my nose, i decided to share it now and update it later on with new things. I've managed to put quite a number of cars with a lot of variations in this first version for you to enjoy. For the next update there will hopefully be bike, HOT and BAT vans, SWAT and more... Please be advised that although I was trying to replicate HPD as closely as possible, everything I made is adjusted to my liking and hopefully you will like and enjoy the skins as well. The ghost units are tested on my graphics settings and mods(Net-Gen Shader), so the bright/darkness of those skins may vary on your pc. 
Please do not rip-off and re-upload these textures.
