Hey guys, I'm Roegon. Some of you I'm sure remember me, and if you do, I'm sorry! I was pretty toxic back in the day, and I took a long time away from the community. A lot in my life has changed since I've been gone, and it feels like so much has changed about this community since I've been gone! So that's why I practically feel like I'm new.
 
If you don't know me, I am RoegonTV, I've been known by many names, but I'm not going to derail with that. I've always loved videogames, and whether I wanted to admit it or not, my heart has always been with GTA.
 
I dabble in 3-D Modeling, and you can find all of the things I've released on the site! Just today I got 3DS and Zmod set back up, and I plan to rework some of my old equipment into better, higher quality versions for release. I plan to mainly focus on equipment releases, but I'm sure the temptation of vehicle releases will get to me! I did however, stupidly, lose my "Mods" folders as many modders call it. So I'll be starting from scratch other than the things I've publicly released. Baby was removed from the vehicle at 7:40. And the turret thing is actually a gas injector unit. It penetrates hard surfaces and dispenses tear gas. So if the guy did move, it still would've done its purpose, as it's supposed to hit his car, not him.
On average of 6 months for academy training only. They're on probation/hands on training for another 3-12 months. It's not great, but because of how sucky our general society is, a lot of places can't afford to have officers in training for 2+ years before being allowed to patrol. This can be alleviated with more in house training, but that also cost money. Money that these kind of places (in the video) don't have. Sucks, but that's life.

I am not a Military vet, but due to being a person who cares a lot about people and his friends, I know a lot of people who are fighting "Depression". Due to that I am always there for them when they feel down and I would like to offer you that to, if you ever feel down you can message me everytime. I think an Army Vet should be in good hands wherever he is.
 
As Jam said above "There are many programs and places that can help you out, and I highly recommend you take a look at a few of them". I recommand that to, but I will still be here if you need somone who listens to you and talks to you about it.
