Hi guys,
 
This is my first edited texture I created for my new LSPDFR youtube series I just started.
Since I'm from Romania I decided to create a new texture, inspired from our Police cars.
 
This texture is for the following vehicle mod:
2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility ELS
I would like to thank the owner for creating this high detailed vehicle.

To use this texture simply replace the original "exp_sign_1" with this one.

Features St. Paul and Minneapolis textures.
Neither department uses the impala but it's the closest I could get to the caprice... 
All vehicles displayed are not mine and are just used to showcase the textures.
Any issues or critiques just let me know!

I'm back with another amazing pack! This is my 2nd pack, and perhaps the better out of the 2 packs. It is based on Darlington County SC.

This Los Santos County Sheriff Pack is loosely based off the Arizona State Trooper. The liveries are in 4K (I hope). This is my first pack I have every made, please let me know if you like them,  and if you have any criticism. I can make more versions for different cars as well as different liveries for the cars I have now, as long as it is well like (Don't want to waste my time if nobody likes them).

Well I have finally finished this texture pack for Los Santos County Police. Los Santos County Police will serve the cities of Grapeseed, Los Santos, Paleto Bay, and Sandy Shores.
 
The texture pack is for Captain14's LSPD Pack
 
Each vehicle contains two to three skins so you see variety driving through your game. Some of the skins being Supervisor, K9, or Gang Units. All the textures are in 4K. If you make a video using this skin pack; please leave a comment with the video. I will add to the top for everyone to see the skins in action! Hope you like them :)

This is a LAPD skin for Thehurk's ELS Ford Police Interceptor Utility. It is my first skin so it's not 100% accurate, I will be releasing a better version tomorrow

Neither of those are here I understand that the ladder truck model used is in an alpha stage and still "in development" but it has been that way since November of 2015. If the model is ever updated (or at least the .ytd) I will update this pack

I must admit, I actually like this one more than the last one.
I will come out with more later on when they release more.

Go to where you put your Ford Explorer in this case I left mine at patch11g
Hit the .YTD on the file you put your explorer in, in this case it is Police3.YTD for me.
Go look for the original skins that is in it or the ones you replaced it w/.
Click the image you have downloaded from my livery.
Save.

INSTILLATION INSTRUCTIONS
================================
-To install the vehicle models themselves, simply place them in your latest patch day in your mods folder.
I have installed the vehicles in my game to patchday10 where i have found the most success in them working.
 
-To install the vehicles meta file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
Or the spot you put your metas in. Simply copy over this line over the existing police3 line.
 
-To install the VCF file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and place it in there.
 
-If you wish to install this vehicle to another slot, simply change the name of the vehicle, and change in the vehicle meta,
the handling line the slot uses to police3. 
 
PACK NOTES
=================================
- I have included separate emissive textures. Some people may not like the ones I have on so its simple to install.
 
- These vehicles are quite large in file size, so I apologize if they are very hard on your computer!
 
- This is similar to the previous vehicle I have released, but I have redone the vehicle to work with ELS.
 
- The interiors have been updated heavily, so that they reflect the real life counterparts, also featuring better looking textures.1
 
- To get the vehicle to look pretty, I recommend using the VCF that I have inculuded with the file. 
 
- If there are any questions I haven't put below, please feel free to post in the comments section! 
 
- If a few bugs with the models, which if you find, feel free to post in the comment section and ill try my best to fix them!

COMMON QUESTIONS

Q: Why aren't my lights bright?
A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV and/or, Install my emissive bits into your visual settings,
or other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.
 
Q: Will you please help me ins--
A: Did you read the readme? No? The installation is simple.
 
Q: I don't have Patchday10/anything else?
A: Then put the car in your latest patch day, or copy patchday10/anything else over.
 
Q: Why does my game crash after I install the car/meta/carcol?
A: I don't know, it works in my game. Make sure you have no spaces when you copied the line. 
 
Q: Will you send me ______?
A: No.
 
Q: Can I make skins for this vehicle?
A: By all means, go ahead, just dont re-upload the vehicle model itself.
 
Q: Does this vehicle use the same template as your other Utility/Other utilities.
A: Yes it does!

Textures were designed off the Batavia Police look and are 4K resolution, as always. They are not a 100% accurate, as I just took the look and went with it.

Just a simple generic sheriff texture for BXBugs' ELS Crown Vic
I'm also using his wheel mod pack
This is on a clear background, so you can choose your own colour with your trainer ( if you can ) otherwise it will naturally spawn in white.

Hey guys this skin is designed to for the San Andreas Park Ranger, but was modeled to make it look like Forest Preserve. Had a lot of fun making this texture and hope everyone enjoys it. Textures are sadly on 2048x2048 though, but it still looks great in the game. It re-skins the Chevy Tahoe in the Sheriff & FIB Replacement Pack by Captain14.

INSTALL:
flatbed.yft, flatbed_hi.yft, flatbed.ytd and flatbed+hi.ytd:
x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
 
Alternatively you can use the 'open search' feature of OpenIV to find the files and replace them there.

Go to the ELS 1.9 Crown Victoria that you installed and go into the .ytd
Go down till you see the livery for the car at Vicz_sign_(Number)
Hit replace
Click the image you want to replace the original with

I know it is pretty bad, I did it in 5 minutes due to being bored.
I'll release a better one in the future w/ a pack for tahoes and explorers when more developers comes out with the new ELS working cars.
Did this mainly from scratch, I took the license plate from the owner of the 1.9 CVPI so credits to @Bxbugs123 2011 CVPI 1.9L ELS.
 

This is a basic, simple 09 dodge charger. On the vehicle is a code3 2100 lightbar, with 4 tir6 leds on the vehicle and a feniex 400 in the back to supply additional lighting. Haven't had any issues with the vehicle in the few hours i  played with it. This is ONLY FOR ELS it won't work without. You will have to get a texture for this vehicle if not it'll be only white in game there is several textures for it on this site...

Based off no particular agency, and is meant to be used with RDE to fill up those noose slots with different lore-friendly vehicles. Use the .meta I provided to get the vehicles dials to work, and hands on the wheel.
