Hey guys I finally got time to put together another texture pack, BradM released an AWESOME vehicle pack which I have linked below. This pack includes textures for either Los Santos or Blaine County in the style of the Houston County Sherriff's department, Houston County, MN. These look good in game (highly recommend a visuals mod as well) and I enjoy using them, hopefully you will too! The vehicles from BradM's pack are setup almost exactly like Houston County so realism is definitely spot-on. I even included a Minnesota Plate modified for the state of San Andreas, so these skins are100% lore-friendly. Enjoy! I've included a screenshot of a newer HCSO tahoe to show the decals in real life below.

How to install:
1)With OpenIV, navigate to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. 
2)Once you have done that,click *Edit mode* and then press the green "+"under it.
3)Import the noose4.yft,noose4_hi.yft and noose4.ytd
4)Open the "SSPD Tahoe.rar" and navigate to lighting /Blue and install the "NOOSE4.XML" into GTA main folder/ELS/pack_default.
That's it! Go patrol!
 
Note:You can change the car name to anything you want! Doesn't have to noose4.yft!
 
 
P.S. If you don't want to install it there (That's where I install it..But some people do it in the patchday) navigate to the following:
Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
and bam!

Dynamic Patrols allows various law enforcement, military, and DLC vehicles to spawn naturally and dynamically in their respective areas while playing GTAV SP

 
Law enforcement/military vehicles that spawn:
The sheriff stanier (sheriff1) spawns as an off-highway vehicle in Blaine County The unmarked stanier (police4) on the side of highways and in the airport The mounted insurgent (insurgent), unarmed insurgent (insurgent2), nightshark (nightshark), and the halftrack (halftrack) drives around the military base and spawns parked The valkyrie (valkyrie), avenger (avenger), hunter (hunter), unarmed buzzard (buzzard), and savage (savage) now fly around the military base alongside the vanilla cargobob (cargobob4) I changed it to cargobob4 to allow independent editing to the vehicle without interfering with mods that use the vanilla cargobob The Jetsam cargobob (cargobob2) now flies along the Del Perro beach coastline along with the vanilla yellow frogger (frogger) Removed the buzzard (buzzard) from spawning in the city as a police helicopter (this seemed unrealistic to me) The hydra (hydra) now spawns in the military base along with the lazer (lazer) The bombushka bomber plane (bombushka) and the private military jet (miljet) now spawn alongside the titan (titan) in the military base. The lifeguard granger (lguard) now drives on the beach along side the vanilla lifeguard atv (blazer2)  
In addition to spawning police vehicles, this mod allows various DLC vehicles to spawn in their respective areas on the road and in the sky.

This plugin makes the flashlight on your weapon stay on when you're not aiming and when you're in a vehicle. 
To toggle the flashlight you use the same controls as in the normal game, E on the keyboard and DPad Right on the controller, by default.

If you dont install the vehicles.meta line then the lightbar glass on the Tahoe will be dark.

to make the spotlights work i had to move the dummy on top of the driver seats, therefore when at a distance looking into the car you may see something like this

Here is a slick new design to the Blaine County Sheriffs Department. Ride around in the Sheriff brown with a nice white and black accent to the car. This texture is meant for BxBuggs 2014 Dodge Charger. This is the first version of this texture. Many more to come.

This is my almost finished Brooklyn Park Minnesota CVPI. Lot of people were asking for it, I hope you like it.
