Keep trying to play. Says I'm offline and the new launcher won't work and says retry.

oh I figured it out...Thank you very much. it was running 2 plugins at the same time. and that other file was there for no reason.

does anyone know how to change uniforms? I have EUP, but all the backup come in a combination of police uniforms and civilian clothes. Also medical response is the same.
