My guess, which is a slightly educated one, would be that the Walton County Sheriff's Office is an accredited SO by the State Accreditation Body. Thanks! That is definitely the one. Searched for a few minutes and found the correct one. Did some edits to it so it is lore friendly, and it is now on the first car!

my suggestion is go to your gta v directory and add on a new line "LoadPlugin LSPDFirstResponse.dll" to your startup.txt (I think it is a .txt file, but either way it should just say startup and have a notepad icon). If you have "Load All Plugins On Startup" selected, then it should already be there and if it is, then I have no idea, sorry...

All i'm going to say is do us a favor and put the logs in a spoiler (eye icon at top of type box when typing)

yes, but the whole point of this post is we dont wnt to have unmarked textures filling up pages and pages and backing up the good files.

yes, i know. I'm not asking how to do it; Im asking modelers to include the blank skins in their vehicle files. 

Im assuming your telling me speciffically, but if you are saying it for everone who stops at this post then just dis regard.

I am hoping some of the model devs can read this and possibly insert this into there work in an attempt to stop the overflowing amount "unmarked" skin textures that have been invading the skin texture and new file pages recently. My solution is simple...when you upload a car model, include a blank template in a optional folder that has no colors. Again, include it in the file but not in the ytd texture files so people have a choice if they want to have your vehicle in their game unmarked and be able to change the color using a trainer. This of course is a very small solution that will not stop the on going problem of "unmarked" skins if it is not included in the car model files. There is a possibility people who don't understand how templates and the assigned car model the template was fit for, will work for any vehicle that uses the same template. What i mean is we might still see people uploading "unmarked" skins for older vehicles that use the same template as some of the new vehicles that may include the suggested blank template. For example we may see a non-ELS Tahoe from a couple months ago have an "unmarked skin" for it even though there may be a new ELS model with a blank skin included that uses the same template. Skin creators and Modelers will understand what i'm talking about. 

As i have said, I hope some of the car devs can make this small change and hopefully help out with the problem in the skin creating community. Unmarked skins have been showing up in mass amounts on the new file page and therefore getting rid of better skins/models. someone may for say upload a 4k skin pack for 20 vehicle templates (or for you modelers, a high quality car pack), and it may be lowered by "unmarked" skin off of the new file page and therefore half of the people that my have downloaded it will never have seen it and wont ever find it. Thank you for understanding and i hope we can make a difference with just a single .png file added to vehicle model files.

Note: If you would like, I can add a blank png/jpeg file below if anyone would like just to shorten the file setup time by a minute or so ;) - Let me know if you would like this

Old problem was fixed, the crashing issue is the updated name now to my new issue :(

Basically exactly as it sounds. When i go on duty, a couple mods load, then lspd first response crashes and it does this everytime. Im sure it has something to do with my mods but im not good at looking in the code and find what it is so thats why im asking for some help. I would show my crash log but since it isnt a full crash of rage hook, i dodnt know where to find it. All help is appriciated.

yeah, still having the issue :( sometimes it dosent do this but sometimes it does. i dont know if it might just be on a chromebook or on many devices.

Just wondering, has anyone else had this issue, because right now every 4 or less characters, it stops letting me type until i replace my cursor. Anyone know a fix? This took me like 5 minutes to type.

Fixed it by letting OpenIV copy the new update.rpf into my mods folder.

watch youtube videos such as the ones I have linked below in the spoiler... It is very easy once you keep doing it. Also, READ THE READ ME's!!!!!! If there isnt a read me in the file, check the download page. To do els cars you just need to install ELS and add the ELS files included with els cars into the ELS folder. Other than that, everything is the exact same.

I don't know if it is just me or not but i suppose i might as well make it known if it isn't already. So recently on LSPDFR.com once and a while when i type (so like every 20 messages or so), The flashing divider just disappears and disables my typing until i get my mouse again and click to start again. I haven't seen anything on this yet, but then again i haven't looked thoroughly. Is it just me or is it the website? I have tried this on multiple computers and every once and a while i have this issue on each one. I hope i can bring some attention to this issue and maybe get some help if it is on my end. Thanks for taking the time to read and respond!

So I have an issue. I have just installed all the new updates for the new GTA V update (Rage, Scripthook, Scripthook.net) and now i have a constant loading screen. I have tried Running rage as an admin with the same problem. everything in my directory is unblocked also. Any help is appriciated and i appoligize for another "update" problem ;)

Update: Fixed By Letting OpenIV Copy The New Update.rph Into The Mods Folder. Should Pop Up In A Green Box At The Top Of OpenIV When You Are In Your Main Directory. This Is If You Didn't Exit It Before. This Will Re-do All Your Cars Though...

And You thought the rumbler siren would get peoples attention........
