    I had the same issue, so I decided to look into the culprit (notice it looks like the Party Bus lights?). When I looked into the carcols.meta for both the pack and the After Hours DLC, I noticed a simple issue: The Party Bus's Siren ID is 15 like the Tahoe and the Charger. To fix this, you have to fix the Captain14 stuff, as Rockstar won't be editing their numbers for the modding community- unfortunately. You can use any numbers you'd like that don't correspond to an existing config (remember, we're adding a siren flash pattern, not replacing, and when Captain14 made this stuff, ID 15 was available for adding to the list of patterns, hence why the FBI pack is still working, as its numbers are something like 29 and 31 I think). Feel free to repeat this process when fixing/future-proofing the Captain14_FBI pack (just don't use the numbers you used to fix this car pack or you'll run into the issue of Captain14_Sheriff patterns on the FBI cars or vice-versa)
    Steps:
    -Open Captain14_Sheriff's carcols.meta file
    -At the top of the document, change 15 as in <id value="15"/> to "69" or something not in use by Rockstar (use what's below if you want- it's at the very top of the file). This will fix the Charger and the Tahoe.
    <Sirens>
          <Item>
              <id value="69"/> <!--Custom siren settings-->
              <name>custom siren</name>
    -I would go ahead for the sake of future-proofing and change the other custom one "17" to something like "100" or something not in use by Rockstar (search for: id value="17" , then replace it with what's below if you want)
    <Item>
              <id value="100"/> <!--Custom siren settings vic-->
              <name>custom siren 2</name>
    -Once you have reassigned the Captain14 light pattern ID numbers, open up Captain14_Sheriff's carvariations.meta file
    -For the Tahoe and Charger, replace  <sirenSettings value="15" /> with  <sirenSettings value="69" /> (or whichever number you put as the siren pattern for the Tahoe and Charger & isn't 69)
    -For the CVPI, replace  <sirenSettings value="17" /> with  <sirenSettings value="100" /> (or whichever number you put for the siren pattern for the CVPI and isn't 100)
    -Pray that Rockstar will never add another light pattern and hope that if they do, it won't mess with the FBI pack
    -Boot up FiveM or LSPDFR and hand out a ticket to those party bus drivers for screwing up your lights 😜Here's proof of this trick working!

    Cheers!

    Sacrificed reacted to HankVoight in Siren hashes are messed up
    So I was just installing a new siren and noticed something strange.. The siren hashes are all different now, some people may have found this out already and some not but the original hashes for police tones are no longer in the game directory (see picture below). Is there an updated hash list or do we no longer have the ability to have custom sirens?

    I also noticed the file size for the vehicles.awc directory is now over 16000 when it used to be unable to go over 15K

    @LMS it was initially a robbery suspect, then when I pulled them over and attempted a plate check with smart radio, I pressed A to activate the plate check from my vehicle and it canceled the stop at the same time it checked the plates(Keybind conflict issue). So I re-pulled them over and got out and began asking for id's did a ped check on driver and he was wanted, asked him to step out of the vehicle and as he did, double crash(LSPDFR crashed twice in the same second, game continued running).

    So I've starting looking at ai mods, trying to make the game more realistic / challenging, specifically focused on ai and vehicle handling.  I found the pursuits easy to catch, easy to end, you called for backup and they usually obliterated the fool who was trying to run away.  I wanted to find a way to increase vehicle speeds, difficulty, and so on.  I like the idea of a catastropic crash putting you out of a pursuit much faster, and making you more likely to lose a vehicle if you are careless and/or use poor tactics.  I was also kind of annoyed at the over slow max speed of most vehicle.
    So I started looking into and installed a few mods that increased the damage and changed the vehicle handling characteristics.  There was a few out there but settled on RealisticDriving by Killatomate. http://www.moddb.com/mods/realistic-driving-v . It was nice to see the vehicle's you control moving at breakneck speeds, braking being mandatory, and supercars being.. well super.
    I started playing a few police missions, started a pursuit, and began chasing the car, but quickly realized the ai didn't seem to be pushing their car to their max, and every single backup police car was left in the dust, never being able to join the pursuit as they were too slow.  It seemed as though the ai was not using the cars to their full potential.
    So I decided the ai must be the problem, and started looking at ai mods.  I'm testing out the "insane drivers traffic mod" by fortinwithwill https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/insanely-bad-drivers-traffic-mod . I've started on level 3 (cautious) I haven't found a good mix yet, but I wanted to see if others are following this same logic and have found any solutions or mod groupings that work well.  So here are my thoughts on what a good ai / handling / realism blend should look like.
    The ai should be able to drive around for the most part without destroying themselves on their daily grind, travelling at or near city limit specified speeds.
    The ai should be able to, when pursued push their cars to their limits, and reach higher speeds.  Some cars (super cars) should be able to outrun police.
    The police ai should also be able to, when pursued, reach higher speeds. Some police cars (super police cars or helicoptors) should have to be used to catch these super cars.
    Damage to vehicles should be a higher, where a likely fatal collision should render a vehicle immobalized.

    Does anyone have any mod groupings or settings they would like to share, focused on realistic handling, and realistic ai settings.
    Cheers.
