I'm having the same issue after pre-loading RDR2. Others are having the issue:

The issue isn't that RPH isn't showing, it's that it isn't injecting.

I'm having the same issue after pre-loading RDR2. It will try and then eventually come up with the insufficent privlliges error, even after a few different tactics (run as admin, run RPH after game load) it continues to have the same issue. It's highly annoying.

I've updated the zip and removed the images so it should be easier to download with out issue. -
As Tom said, it's a Holden Evoke. Holden was an Australian vehicle manufacturer owned by GM, Holden stop making their own cars in 2017/2018 and now import other GM products and re-badge them. Holden designed and manufactured cars such as the Chevy SS, Chevy PPV, in part designed the new Colorados and many more. -
