Of course PC is going to be better than PS4 and the Xbox One.

I've seen it happen man, maybe never come across it, but I have seen the RC20 error happen pop up due to that, It happened with a 2012 charger I'm working on just recently.

I've found that a majority of the time the issue lies with the materials (well this is usually the issue for me) resulting from using either too many mats or miss-configuration of the materials. edit: I should also mention that this is just what I've noticed, it could be also one of the other issues that cj24 pointed out, however it's rarely due to High Poly vehicles.

I have the Australian version and it's the uncut version (has blood, hookers, swearing & all that good stuff). the government delayed the release of GTA 4 in Australia but they allowed the uncut version. in fact I dont think there is a cut version.

I cant remember what kind of call it was but I was pulling up on scene and mounted the curb and got close to the dude and he pulled a hand gun and shot me in the head. needless to say I learnt my lesson and always pull up a few meters from the CS and draw my baton, tazer or gun. since then most my deaths have been TC related.

In Australia it take a lot of screwing around to become an armed security guard, and at the end of the day they dont really have any powers. A security guard in my state just got arrested for assault because he punched a guy because he was being aggressive. On patrol they usually use marked security cars with an Amber/white light bar and abide by traffic laws. they're basicly civilians with glorified citizens arrest powers.

It would be nice to see some sort of support for enabling civilian cars to pull over and such. I've filled up all my police slots and have started to use the FlyUs cars as Port Authority Police Department cars.
