Has been a WIP for a bit, had computer issues but I am proud to release it. It's based off the Emergency Organ Transport in NYC commonly seen in Manhattan and New Jersey

It works for the "2008 Federal Law Enforcement Chevrolet Suburban By Snit & Bxbugs123, modified by LtCaine"
