I've actually created my own GTA IV O Division Toronto Detachment RCMP Clan and I was wondering if you'd be able to create a special Clan Version for our Dispatchers to use, later that is whenever you start doing clan versions/options. All my Clan would need is instead of Trooper Dashboard, it'd be Officer Dashboard, and Liberty City Police Department would be changed to Royal Canadian Mounted Police with an RMCP Logo Image, Liberty City First Response image would be changed to a banner that has a RCMP Logo and the words RCMP First Response. Yes, I would have pmed you about this but we can't do it without a user's permission so...no other viable option of contacting you. Mmm, I see...I do see some ones that are quite good, but thing is, I'm not sure whether to get ENB for mid end PC or high end PC...I was thinking medium but not sure. And I've found a fair amount for 1.0.7.0

Hey everyone! Just had a fairly important question that I'm curious about. Ok, so basically, in short, my PC can get up to 480 FPS when loading maps in GTA IV with the original files and while playing I can get from 10 or 12-35 FPS but sometimes even higher... My PC Specs are as follows: Intel Core i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30 GHz 8 GB Ram, 750 GB Hard Drive NVIDIA GT 630 w/ 2 GB Dedicated 15.6 In. Screen Now...I want to know, which ENB would be the best for my PC (counting both performance and graphics)? If the some of you could get back to me, I'd extremely appreciate it! Thanks again!

It's a Laptop...GT 630 should be more than enough to run it pretty well...I reinstalled my OS again and the game, now its fixed.

No, in the end, thought it had made a difference but it didn't so I've reinstalled my OS so hopefully, it's better.

Changing the resolution from Auto to 16:9 did some better...and everything in display is halfway like usual...still wondering if it'd be better to install an ENB...

Definition was on the whole time...I have reinstalled my graphics card and updated to the very latest driver. Still fuzzy! I've ensured that antialiasing is set up but I just had an idea, would I be able to get rid of it possibly by installing an ENB? If so, which one should I get?

Only GTA IV

I tried to take a screenshot but it doesn't really show in them, no matter how many I take, only shows internally on my screen. However, I have tried to use a different visualsettings.dat...and its not as noticeable but I'd still like a solution to the problem if I could.

I've just done that and its still fuzzy. What else can I do to fix it? It turns out my friend is having the same issue as I am. He doesn't know how to fix it either. If there is any other way to fix this, I'd really appreciate it if I could be told how. I'm willing to do a re-install of the game as a last resort.

I'm not sure whether its the visualsettings.dat I have or what! I have an 8 GB Intel Core i7 3610 QM CPU, with an NVIDIA GT 630M Card, have recently reinstalled my OS and have re-installed the game and now my graphics are all fuzzy! I've got the latest driver version, and I've used contig on my files! What do I do to fix this? I really want to play and I'm almost going insane because I can barely see!

Hey guys, how can I use the NSIS programming language to create .exe installer files? Also, is there any kind of program that I could use to create one? I'm not sure how the LCPDFR Development Team creates them either so if you guys could help me, I'd be very grateful. Thanks.
