Hello all, ELS is working for me just fine, but the lights pattern is stuck to C-000 and I can only toogle to C-001 and C-002...idk what happened. Before it would start at E-000 and I can go up as far as E-140 and plus even more, I read all the ELS documentation for the life of me I dont know how to switch out of the mode. Also, I reinstalled ELS completely, and deleted the old VCF files. Here is a screen shot below to show u what I mean.

Okay, assuming you've installed it correctly, few questions here: 1. Are you using an ELS compatiable car? 2. Have you hit Ctrl+P to bring the ELS menu up? 3. Has ELS ever worked for you?

Yup and Yup. Like I said I've been replacing vehciles models and textures for a while, Im familiar with the process, just this time. Either way to avoid more issues just did the good ole uninstall/reinstall. I am currently waiting for GTA V to reinstall. :)

I did. I am using the latest one, I even went back to the old one, but same issue.

Howdy, Interesting issue I am running into, ONLY the police2 and sheriff2 slot stick to the default GTA cars no matter what I do to repalce them, this has never happened to me before, police, police3, undercover, and sheriff all get replaced just fine, but these 2 slots and Im not sure why. I've deleted both of them in OpenIV to see if that'll fix it, replaced them again, and theyre still not getting replaced. Any tips are appreciated, thank you.

Hello all, Long story short my GTA V updated, updated RagePlugin Hook, then HOOORAH ScriptHook V doesn't support the newest version of GTA V, so being the prepared fella that I am I had GTA V Patch 1180 backed up, and I reverted back to GTA 1180 via RPH. So now I got GTA V 1180 and RPH 0.57. So far so good but now when I try to launch GTA V via RPH, Steam, or the actual launcher.exe it tells me "Code 115 gane was not launched via Steam Client', even when I launch it with Steam or as adminstrator. THIS IS NOT a pirated version, I got screenshots below to prove it, this is my game, any ideas?

so I've renamed then replaced one of the police cars to policeb and everytime I try to spawn it my game crashes. The files that were renamed were police4 yft and ytd, police4_hi and police4+hi, all of these 4 were renamed to policeb and I obviously kept the _hi +hi ones in. Note, the game only crashes when I try to spawn Police Bike. I don't want to keep annoying with these questions, if you know of any guide that shows me how to rename vechile files to different slots please guide me to it. Thank you.

Thank you so much, I read that I can rename sherriff2 (or any other file) to place it as a PoliceB slot and it'll work, is that true?

I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong thread, but I figured this was the most relevant area I can ask this question. My question is simple. it seems every car pack I download includes police files 1 through 4, Sheriff 1 and 2, FBI 1 and 2, and some even have Pranger files, but I never know how or see a file that replaces the State Trooper (motorcycle unit). I downloaded a State Trooper/Highway Patrol car pack and would really like that to replace the default motorcycle unit. Thanks in advance.

Okay I got it now, so what you're saying all police car files are going to be in Patchday 11?

Hello, sorry for late reply I was building a brand new computer, anyways so does the patch path changes every GTA V update?

Hey thanks for the answer, any more info on what you mean by replacing a certain patchday? If you can point me to something here I'd appreciate. It's just crazy and frustrating how every time I follow the ReadMe I can never find the file in the path they mention...

Hello all, I hope I am posting in the right forum. Long story short, every single car I downloaded from this site the installation read me notes never correlate with what I have, what I mean is lets say for example the creator said 'place sheriff2.ytf, sheriff2.ytd in GTA V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\', when I go there I never see the sheriff files in there, and even when I just drop the sheriff files anyways they dont show up in the game. I am almost sure its something I am doing wrong, because 11 out of 11 cars I downloaded and the path they told me to go to install them in is never there, all of these people cant be wrong, what am I doing wrong? What am I missing? I go to the path they tell me to but I never find the same sheriff or police files there to replace them.. Thanks in advance. Here is a real example for a car I am trying to install, when I go to the location it says in the readme I cant find the sheriff files there, this goes to almost all the cars I downloaded, I can never find the location the readme files says.

Hello guys, I am going to try to keep it short for you so you wont have to read an essay Yesterday I downloaded BSCO CVPI 3.5 sheriff car files, they did not come with installation instructions, I tried to do my own homework and found a video of someone installing a car via OpenIV, (it was the elgy car) I did the same things he did, however, it seems to have broke my game for now. I used to install cop cars fr LCPDFR but it seems for GTA V it's not just as simple as that. The installation path I did and the error message I receive when launching GTA via RAGEHook can be found below. Sadly, I did not backup my game, if someone knows how to get it working I'd appreciate the help, OR if someone can point me to where I can find the original sheriff car files that come standard with GTA V that'd also be good so I can just drop them back and hopefully that fixes it.
