  1. I wish I could help you guys more. I was having the exact same issue as above. After trying everything, all I did was delete the ELS folder, delete the ELS files in the main GTA directory, and then deleted AdvancedhookV.dll and then installed ELS 1.05. I went in the game and was having the same issue again and was completely frustrated, but then realized I forgot to put the new .xml file in the ELS folder for the new car I installed (I had the .xml files installed correctly when I was having the issue, so that wasn't it). I loaded up the game and it was working again. I have no idea why. About the only thing I could recommend to try is to delete Scripthook and re-add it. There's no purpose in re-installing GTA or Ragehook because ELS doesn't run off of Rage. This also isn't a car install issue.
  2. Mine was the exact same issue, only on the panel nothing showed flashing. My last resort was to remove it all and re-install. Like I said, make sure your correct .xml file is in the ELS folder. Double check that you didn't replace a different car and forget to rename the file also.
  3. Other than making sure your scroll lock is off and making sure you have the .xml file in the ELS/pack_default folder, I have no idea what else you could try. Sorry man. Like I said, all I did was remove everything related to ELS and just installed everything again and it worked. No idea what the issue was or if it'll do it again, or why it stopped working to begin with.
  4. Did you also delete the AdvancedhookV.dll that was in your GTA directory?
  5. I'm glad it worked for you, though I'm not sure how that is any different from what you previously did. In my case, there's no reason why it would have stopped working. I had only one ELS car installed, it worked one day, loaded it up the next day and no lights, other than the rear brake lights and siren, would turn on. I didn't install any new material and I didn't edit anything. I've put the default vehicles back in, upgraded to 1.05, and installed a ELS car in a different slot, hoping that would fix it; it did not. I guess my next step is to totally remove all ELS and try again...With so many people having the exact same problem, I don't know why we're on our own for troubleshooting. I can't imagine this didn't come up for anyone while testing it. **Issue fixed** So for some unknown reason, after completely removing everything ELS related and re-installing it, the lights are working again. Delete everything that has to do with ELS. So all I did was see what was included in the ELS zip file, I erased all that out of my folder, and just installed everything else all over again. Hopefully this fixes it for everyone else.
  6. Just future reference, spoiler tags help when having a long post. Sorry it took awhile to get back to you, I had a busy day yesterday. As stated above, you should have a mods folder. If you don't, you're either going to have to get the update.rpf file from someone else, or do a complete re-install of the game. Update.rpf is found in the "Update" folder in your main GTA directory. Copy that and go into your mods/update folder where the modded update.rpf should be. Paste the original (clean) update.rpf file over the modded one and that should fix your issue. In 100% of instances where I'm stuck on the loading screen, it's because of that. Hope it helps.
  7. I'm not at home, so I don't know the exact folders. You can take it out of your main GTA directory and replace the one in the modded folders. I'll have to find it when I get home. You will need to reinstall your mods though (not plugins, just cars and stuff), but that fixes the infinite loading screen.
  8. On what? My computer? No. I have antivirus and nothing's been flagged. I don't see how that would impact a game.
  9. I had only one ELS car installed (unmarked Crown Vic) and my ELS lights stopped working out of nowhere. I uninstalled the ELS car and installed a non-ELS car. It worked as it should. I then installed an ELS marked Charger, hoping it would work, it doesn't. I also installed the updated ELS, hoping that would solve the problem, it doesn't. I have no idea why ELS lights would suddenly stop working. I have no idea how to fix this because I didn't change anything. They worked one day, went to play it the next day and they weren't working. I've uninstalled it and re-install and nothing works.
  10. Update your update.rpf file or whatever it is....That's what's causing your problem.
  11. I have ELS and an ELS unmarked CVPI installed. I was using it yesterday and the lights were working just fine, no issue at all. I load up GTA today and go to stop a car, and none of the lights are working. The only lights that are flashing are my rear brake lights, which I can't change the flash pattern on. When I open up the control panel for ELS, it doesn't show any of the flash patterns on the board either. I have tried to scroll through the different flash patterns and nothing works either. Is there some reason ELS would just stop working? I've tried turning on and off scroll lock also. Nothing is working. The only thing I have changed with the game was updating the search warrant plugin. Everything else is the same from when it was last working without issue.
  12. I'm pretty sure that file comes with LSPDFR. My issue is resolved. Idiot me was using a non-ELS car when I thought it was an ELS car. The program is working as it should.
  13. Rather than make a new thread about the same issue, I have ELS installed and am pretty positive I have all the scripthook and advancehook files installed that I need. Here's my asiloader log which doesn't show any issue; ELS is supposed to be activated (by default) by pressing the "J" key, right? I'm not sure why this wouldn't be activating. I also really didn't want to install ELS because I don't think it really adds much to the game (just my opinion and no knock on the hard work done to make it) because they're only lights, but there are some really nice cars made that I'd like to use.

  16. Looking forward to this. Also waiting on someone else to come out with a store/bar Robbery in progress, as the only mod that includes that currently is the Hero Cop mod, which has not been updated to work with 0.3.
  17. Awesome mod, but I have a question. Just ran the bank heist for the second time. First time I didn't have an issue. Stormed the bank, killed the suspects and released the hostages. This time was completely different. Went in, killed the suspects and as I was releasing the hostages, there was an explosion and an alarm. More suspects started showing up from downstairs so I went that way. By the vault on the wall was a burnt mark with the wall cracked. Released the hostage then went upstairs but I couldn't leave the teller area. The door seemed to be locked. It said I needed to talk with Captain Wells but I couldn't get out to the main part of the bank because the door was locked. Am I missing something?
