No Problem. The original police cars don't have their audioNameHash Set in the vehicles.meta.

Did you Set the AudioNameHash in the vehicles.meta? E.g. <AudioNameHash>POLICE3<AudioNameHash/>?

Just add it to the vehicles.rpf in Patchday9. You can use the openIV search feature. Just press Ctrl+F3 then search for vehicles.rpf and choose the one which is located in Patchday9. There you can add the car.
