Breally989 got a reaction from Samuel Jean in ELS lights have no coronaI saw that a few other people were also having this problem and I had it before a while ago but was able to fix it by going into the visualsettings.dat file. Now it is happening again but when I did the same thing that fixed it the last time, it didn't work. My emergency lights are pretty dim and they don't have the glow (or corona) that they usually do, they just have the texture of the LEDs. If anyone can help me fix it, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help.

Breally989 reacted to Reddington in random crashesOpen OpenIV / mods / update / update/ common / data. Find "visualsettings.dat". Extract this to your desktop. Now open it and search for "car.def". You should be brought to car.defaultlight.emissive.on. You will see a day and night option.
Change the day option to 6000, and 1500 for night time. Save your work, and drag the edited visualsettings back to where you got it. Your lights should be good now.
