Being a singaporean I know my police cars well here. Firts;y they never installed strobes on their cars.... they have only the Premier Hazard MidMax Lightbar on top. as for the Expressway Patrol, we have that same lightbar and some grill lights and a LED Board on the deck that notifies people of accidents and stuff.... try to work on the models. I am working on one and I will show you what I mean by doing a proper SPF model.

Alright a little late but here is a view of the actual vehicles them self... not the best angle or quality but you still get to see it. Progress(yes I know it is the old skin on the truck... Have yet to do the new skin): Dont get too happy LOL I still have lots of work to do on it... it needs a new rambar, new grill, new rambar lights and of course the new Livery

Unfortunately, no one has released a whelen unltra freedom unlocked. The one you see I. The video is converted from EVI's whelen liberty to and ultra freedom by NicolaiB himself

I am not very sure how many times I have said this. Because ELS is using the extra system which is hard coded by rockstar, the car will continuously rebuild itself when ELS is on the door glitch will still remain because the car is constantly rebuilding itself with the extra system therefor It cannot be fixed.
