It was a storm straight from hell. Los Santos County Police were forced to shut down a large section of highway, and Los Santos County Firefighters had to evacuate numerous low-level residences as rain pounded the county.
 
Highways flooded and became washed out, and the lightning engulfed the entire sky, providing quick bursts of bright light.
 
County Officer Mike Litoris is seen in his patrol car blocking off the highway where it has flood just a little bit down from where he's posted. He says in his few years of working with Los Santos County, this has been one of the largest storms he's worked through, and certainly the first that caused evacuations and closures.
 
Roads are expected to be closed for numerous days and travel will become difficult, while crews wait for the storms to halt, so they can begin repairs.

All this recent LVMPD stuff is bringing back old memories.  =)
Can't wait until car modding comes to GTAV.  Who here can't wait until we can make some Las Venturas cars!  Even better, a Las Venturas expansion pack! =DDD  Oh yes!

Need to fix some clipping issues with the k9 partition, some clipping issues and slap some spotlights on this bitch and it will be the first 100% completely done car. Others just need some minor things like spotlights, door trim removed or the antennas. MAYBE and i cant promise this but MAYBE  a release next week or the week after!

UPDATE: I have 9 more vehicles to do, with some coming after release!

I think I settled on a uniform. Also, disregard the shirt under the hi-vis jacket, I forgot to add the correct undershirt.
 
Sidenote, @Gump, I'm not much of a fan of '15 Tahoes, but man, is this thing sweet!
