t0y's WIP (New York State Police, White Plains PD)
Project: Port Authority Police Department Current Vehicles: Hi there so I am reviving my PAPD pack, it is just vics for now and me and Robert need to redo the emissives for the highrisers but these are the vehicles so far. I will be releasing the non-highriser version tomorrow with the highrisers version, and some other models from the PAPD released at a later time. Planned Vehicles: Not sure what other vehicles I am going to make because the Double SLR thing is not that plausible so we will see. I've updated both bases since this picture, the inspection stickers, and interiors. Thanks to @RobertTM for the beautiful Highrisers. Project: New York City Police Department Current Vehicles: So we all saw this day coming. t0y is making NYPD. This is my city, so I will make them as accurate as possible and do as many vehicles as possible, I have some very good sources, pictures, and videos so this will be pretty accurate. I have the unmarked HWY vic, and this HWY vic as a WIP but this is no where near done still need to to the interior, and some other things to the exterior. Planned Vehicles: Everything. Including Ballistic Panels and Bulletproof Windows which have been added to every FPIU in the city, the panels on almost every vehicle in the city, and the windows to every FPIU, and most fusions so far. Again, thanks to Robert for the highrisers, and all of these cars have been updated since I took the pics or are a WIP!

Gendarmerie Royale du Canada
Hmm, I may release them this week. But it is only a few vics, and those trucks I have done with some bugs here and there I wont be fixing those because I wasn't really planning on releasing them after I quit the pack until now.

New York State Police 1T87 (old) and 3F80
No, sorry. Admittedly if I had decided to expand my models to the entire NYSP fleet at the time of making the vics I would have, but while making the CVPIs which were my first vehicles I was planning on making the entire pack just Troop T, Zone 1 which really minimized the variants I could make, only about halfway through the FPIS' did I decide to expand it to the entire fleet. Eventually probably I will be making little add on packs, currently I have 2006 CVPIs, 2014-2016 FPIS' 2012-2013 Tahoes, 2014 FPIUs, and a little more, but in the future I will be adding 2016 FPIUs and 2016 chargers with highrisers and I may add some other cars like CVPIs in Jefferson which would have the dual dashlight setup.

Vespucci Beach Police Department Pack [ELS]
Whoops idk why I liked this and then forgot to respond. That's very weird though, never happened to me before. Could your texture size be too big? Like 8k?

Yeah it took a lot of remapping though, but it could've just been done with the template. And you will need to direct your praise for the textures over to @RangerRick and Bugs I just did the mapping/fitting.

Project: New York State Park Police Department Current Vehicles: Hey girls, so here is my most recent, and last project for a while. The New York State Park Police Department patrols the state's parks, and is a state based equivalent of the USFS so it's basically a law enforcement park ranger hybrid. They use a few vehicles, most commonly the 2013 generation Tahoe which I have made, and a FPIS' and Impalas. The reason I made this specific model was mostly to test out dirtmapping on the windows and the body of the vehicle, inspired, and helped a lot by Ranger Rick so huge thanks to him. This will be a standalone vehicle, and I edited the SSV rims, and included the real lighting setup NYSPP uses except with added Avengers so these aren't my most accurate vehicles. There is the dirtmapping, which will spread from the body to the window and has its 4 stages of course, only when the vehicle is dirty can you see it so it isn't like that all the time. The vehicle without dirt. (Fixed the hood text, moved it back so it isn't all stretched like that, forgot to update the texture in ZM) Summary: New York State Police: 19 vehicles from various troops, Finished White Plains Police Department: 5 vehicles from various precincts, Finished Utica Police Department: 3 vehicles from their main division, Finished New York State Park Police A Chevy Tahoe as a test vehicle w/ dirtmapping, etc. may become a full 3 car pack Finished Westchester County Police Department: Large pack, comparable to NYSP Possible future pack Big thanks to Ranger Rick, Cj, Lundy, and Matt for helping me with the dirtmapping, and with the truck in general even though it isn't the most unique car i've made.

Project: Utica Police Department Current Vehicles: Soooooooooooooo that was quick. I finished the rest of Utica lol, however it is only a 3 car fleet, with the same simple LIN3 + Legend lighting on every car, so it wasn't that big of a pack to make. Included is a 2006 generation CVPI, 2012 generation SSV Tahoe, and a 2016 generation FPIS all with forward red and white lighting, 2 grille area LIN3s and the Federal Signal Legends. Car 40 (Supervisor) Car 44: Summary: New York State Police: 19 vehicles from various troops, Finished White Plains Police Department: 5 vehicles from various precincts, Finished Utica Police Department: 3 vehicles from their main division, Finished New York State Park Police A Chevy Tahoe as a test vehicle w/ dirtmapping, etc. may become a full 3 car pack In Progress Westchester County Police Department: Large pack, comparable to NYSP Possible future pack Releases are all pending, will depend on how long it takes to finish the other packs, and when I can get showcase videos made by the talented @MrOxPlay and screenshots from the also slightly talented @Chappie :)

t0y's WIP (New York State Police, White Plains PD)
Project: Utica Police Department Current Vehicles: I have finished just this one vehicle, which is already 1/3 of their fleet. This is a 2006 CVPI with their new graphics, based on car 54, it has grille lin3s, and a Federal Signal Legend. The car has forward reds on the lightbar and in the grille, with two rear blues. The interior has the toughbook, with a custom screen and keyboard, and some random UPD textures, and a bunch of other random stuff, cencom controller, motorola xtl5000, etc. Planned Vehicles: I plan on adding just 2 more vehicles, since that is the entirety of their fleet. One 2016 FPIS, and a 2013 generation Tahoe with SSV rims, both will have their legends, grille lin3s, an the FPIS will use the rear ions that they use IRL. Car 54: Thanks to @Slendis for the badge, and helping with the livery, specifically the weird gradient specs they use.

Vespucci Beach Police Department Pack [ELS]
Depends which dev. Hmm, doesn't happen for me. Check if you have the right VCF, and if so try using the FPIS one, maybe something was messed up for that.

New York is the best state
Least mass shootings per population, lower homicide per population... What the fuck does that have to do with our 13 million people in a clusterfuck of an area? Lower homicide per population, least mass shootings, lower violent crimes, it means NYC is safer regardless of being a city 10 times your size. Our budgets are not proportional to our population sizes. Your budget is around $500,000,000 which was just a request, and could not even be granted, with a 900,000 person metro population (yes, metro, if you want to compare more than our city propers than we will still dwarf yours) to our almost $6 billion budget, which is ever so increasing to our 8,000,000 population. To do the math for you, that is about 12 times your budget with only 9 times your population, maybe that shows our city is safer? No, having 4 seasons, and not being a desert isn't a "preference" it's a standard of living. I'd rather not burn up every day of the year, and then freeze over night every day of the year without it snowing or raining very often, and I guess it could be a preference because I just called it that, but really do you enjoy that, seems... weird. Yes safer cities than nevada? You linked me a comparison between cities in Nevada not with other cities in the country, that was nice. And WHAT!!! FORBES.COM SAID HENDERSON, NEVADA IS THE SECOND SAFEST CITY IN THE WORLD! CASE CLOSED! (That was sarcasm) Point is, you found one website that "proves" your point (with little evidence) compared to 20 others that are all different from each other. The inconsistencies are abundant, one has a city in New York as the safest, but really this just proves none of these are reliable and therefore, I dont think that counts for anything: https://www.niche.com/places-to-live/search/safest-cities/ http://www.businessinsider.com/safest-cities-america-us-2017-8#26-roseville-california-3 https://www.neighborhoodscout.com/blog/top100safest https://www.safewise.com/safest-cities-america There isn't one consistency. Anyway, my point with that was being more "policed" (which also where is there evidence for that) is not bad, and maybe if you were more "policed" you wouldn't have had 900 people shot and 50 killed by a mass shooter last year. Who knows though right?
