I don't understand what you mean.... If the police console has a .dds texture, you can import it and then if another part has a .png texture you can also import it. You can import both types it doesn't make a difference.

Zmodeler will open both .png and .dds I use them both when I use the police console.

They don't need to be .png, both zmodeler and GTA accept .dds ...

I don't think you understand what he wants. He would like a all in one, where the front of the lightbar is the primaries red and blue, and on the back of the actual lightbar it is orange and acts as a traffic advisor all in one lightbar.
