Hey guys. I just wanted to share a skin I made for Bxbugs' Christmas Tree (aka Chevy Tahoe K-9) - I need you guys' opinion. I wanted to keep the skin simple, just black with a white font on it, after all it's the NOOSE, and not the LCPD Highway Patrol, or Traffic Police. Caused by ELS. Either downgrade to ELSv5, or disable the AI's ELS in the ELS.ini. (That's what helped me at least) Another option is to remove some vehicle mods you don't use, and turn ELS for them off in the ELS.ini.

If you ask me, voices aren't such a big issue, I'd rather read subtitles and have features, than have it all voiced but less features. After all, if this mod goes well, we can still get some guy with an New Yorker accent to speak the voice some day.

You can just install LCPDFR on a PC, there will never be a console port. And if you plan on installing it on a PC, just doubleclick the .exe you download and follow the instructions.

Hello Community, hello G17 media team. I love this mod and I really had a hard time finding things to suggest besides new callouts (Yeah, I won't post them - dw) These are the ideas I had, checked most of them through the search (if I post something that has already been suggested, I'm sorry :/) 1. NOOSE Teams. - When you call them in a vehicle pursuit it's perfectly fine that they arrive in Polpats, but when you're on foot, or in a gunfight, it would make much more sense to have them come in groups of 4 in nstockades. 2. Changing Keys - I'd really apreciate if you would be able to change ALL the keys the mod uses in the config file. This is, because something keeps triggering my F8 at times, so I'd really like to change "go busy" to something else 3. Highway Patrol - Speeding - It would be extremely nice to integrate another duty besides traffic stops and callouts. This would work as following: *You should place your vehicle next to a road or on the side of one, preferrably a highway. *You get out of the car and point your gun at vehicles passing by, pressing a key combination, e.g. ALT+S triggers the radar gun, and it should tell you the speed of the car passing by. I don't know if it is possible to fetch speeds from cars passing by and how difficult it would be, therefore an alternate solution could be to have a random numbers generator create a number from let's say 30-50 mph 85% of the time and 15% of the time a speed from 50-80 mph. *If you catch somebody "speeding", you could then jump into your car and follow him 4. Names - As funny as "Walter Mellon" might be at first, it's quite annoying to meet him and his friends multiple times a shift. - Would it be possible to fetch the gender of a ped and then use a separate list for females and a separate list of names for males? So you don't get those blonde girls who drive feltzers and when you look at their ID, it's Walter Mellon again ^^ - More names, a good site to get some realistic ones is: http://kleimo.com/random/name.cfm 5. Traffic - Is it somehow possible to stop the traffic from ramming into you or trying to overtake you when you are at a red traffic light? I used to play on PPM, and strangely enough it never happened on there, so there must have been something they did to prevent this. - When you try to stop somebody they usually stop on the street. I know, you can use your sirens to make them pull over, but most of the time they just hit the brakes and stay like that, if you're lucky and they do pull over, their car usually is still parked like this: / on the street, and the other traffic can't get past. I know it is difficult to modify traffic with a script, but would it be possible to make them really pull over? I know that not all of this can/will be implemented, but maybe it can serve the devs as an inspiration of some kind :) Looking forward to the next version. Thanks for reading.

For me it happens sometimes. I presume: Either ELS or the Steam overlay - Easiest solution? Change the key, which isn't possible atm. I hope it gets in the next version :)

Thanks Sam! At the moment its a bit uncomfy to always switch from the gamepad to the mouse and back, but If it doesn't get fixed, I can survive it.

You can just go on Busy if you don't want to have the next mission right away, or just tap N.

Sorry for doubleposting! But Iconography's solution has helped me, I just downgraded to ELSv5 and haven't had a crash ever since.

Problem solved: Downgraded to ELSv5 and disabled ELS Patterns for the original cars left in my game. Thanks to Iconography for the suggestion.

I have a bunch of his cars, I think two... Two crown vics... I think its one of Luxart's cars though that causes my crashes. @Iconography: I might try downgrading ESL tomorrow, see If I have more luck with it.

Press F8 once and wait. It usually takes a bit to get through, at least it does on my game.

It works without the gamepad. Thanks for the tip! :) It would be nice if you guys could make it work with the gamepad somehow though, since you can drive much nicer with the gamepad.

Thanks for the answer! I do arrest people alot, especially if I find "stolen bank cards" haha. And the regular arrest is just too time intensive, I'd rather just point my gun at them, make them get on the floor and then keep on driving. EDIT: Just tried disabling the gamepads AutoAiming (I don't use it anyways) - Still the same problem, I can point at a suspect with my gun and press ALT+H and it still gives me the "Arrest or Give Ticket" option... ><

Hello! Whenever I try to perform a gun-point arrest (pointing at the person with my gun and pressing ALT+H) it simply gives me the same message as if I was to arrest them only by pressing ALT+H - "Step in front of the Suspect" "Go behind the Suspect" ... "Take the suspect to the police station" -- I don't get the GP arrest where the camera goes black and then the suspect is cuffed on the floor. I have the Xbox 360 gamepad, may that be the issue? Error log is attached.

You could also have an m3u livestream running in the background, at least thats what I do sometimes :) http://x7.to/yan9hq It's basically a livestream which is ripped from the real radio in NY at realtime.

I thought it might be More Liberty v3, but since you don't have it, I guess it's not that... It can't be ELS either, because other people have it working perfectly. I seriously have no clue what it could be.

I have the same problem. ELSv6, Traffic Flow v5, Traffic Control v1 and More Liberty v3 installed.

@Jay: I see, but in theory it should run fine with ELS? I just want to locate the problem... I'm going to replace some mod cars later, I'll post the results. EDIT: It got a bit better, well I guess I'll have to live with my game freezing from time to time.
