    ok stupid question... can ANYONE message the file for Stop the ped? the newest update? 4.8.9.7... cuz I guess that's the only mod that isn't gonna download onto my computer today. its not wanting to download it will stop half way through or it will stop at like %90 or stop at %0 I know its a 222KB download... but it really wont download

    homeless man sleeping in front of store/ loitering teenagers/kids/adults throwing rocks at windows elderly man/lady fallen in a store/ public place underage gambling at casino car broken down in middle of road (flat tire, blown engine, etc) "outcome push car out of the road? and than call for tow truck?" police requiring assistance at crime scene ( domestic violence, loitering, etc) kid on a bicycle hit by a car construction incident (machine/crane fell over, injured by traffic, vehicle accident in construction zone) vehicle down embankment/hillside harassment (harassing calls/texts/emails, man shouting things in front of a home, restraining order violated) "it would be cool to be able to call the suspect if it was emails/text/calls" protesting out of control public disturbance at (beach, del perro pier, restaurant) Trespassing/illegal camping (camping on private property, on locked premises, sawmill) I know a lot of these are already out. but a lot of them have the same outcome. if you can make different endings and outcomes it would be amazing. hopefully this helps

    hi there everyone I present to you the more realistic color red white and blue lights for your caprice... well for this one atleast. that every man dreams of having and the best is? its free 😄 Time of day rating: Daytime: Code 3 lights: Front and Back 7/10 Ram Bar, sidelights, bumper lights and dash lights: 9/10 <---- decent results Afternoon: Code 3 Lights: Front and back 9/10 Ram Bar, Sidelights, Bumper Lights and dashlights: 10/10 <------ Great Results Night: Code 3 Lights: Front and back 10/10 Ram Bar, Sidelights, Bumper Lights and dash lights 10/10 <------Best Results Installation directions: step 1: open.... OpenIV and go to where your caprice is installed (usually its in x64.e or your latest patch update) step 2: open up in OpenIV police.ytd and scroll until you find the vehicle texture (match up the texture files in the .ytd) and click on it once, than click replace step 3: find the Lights folder you want to put on it….in this instance 2013 Caprice realistic lights…. and double click on that picture Step 4: click save and BAM that more realistic looking lights is now on your car 😄 Super simple instructions as long as the texture is for vehicle you wanna put it on. but enjoy and happy code 3 😄 Credit goes to the author of the vehicle file right here:

    hi there everyone I present to you the unmarked caprice that every man dreams of having and the best is? its free 😄 so hop on that download button and enjoy yourself the luxury of patrolling with an unmarked caprice cuz its difficult to find one with a ram bar on it so I went and looked for you guys. Installation directions: step 1: open.... OpenIV and go to where your caprice is installed (usually its in x64.e or your latest patch update) step 2: open up in OpenIV police.ytd and scroll until you find the vehicle texture (Caprice) and click on it once, than click replace step 3: find the skin you want to put on it in your downloads folder ….2013 unmarked caprice (White, Blue, Silver, Grey, or green)…. and double click on that picture Step 4: click save and BAM that texture is now on your car 😄 Super simple instructions and this goes for ANY SKIN that you want to put on ANY CAR as long as the texture is for vehicle you wanna put it on. but enjoy and happy code 3 😄 Credit goes to the author of the vehicle file right here:
