[WIP] LAPD/LASD/CHP FPIU (2014)
Sorry to continue on the offtopic here, but in relation to the Forza Horizon 3 unpacking/converting and whatnot, the files that @Lundy see are still encrypted by EFS... The files/folders that are in there are just named in an odd pattern by Microsoft, I suppose as part of the encryption/DRM. More reading here. Can't even move the files or anything due to the way UWP games seem to work. You could either decrypt your own files then try unpacking and converting, or somehow get your hands on that debug copy of the game that was accidentally pushed to the Windows Store last (?) week (already decrypted as far as I know, but it's technically piracy I guess so I can't really recommend lol). "gq6$l" is the media folder, and inside that, "^l4~" is the cars folder.

2015 Chevy Caprice/w Liberty Bar [Red Blue or Blue Blue]
I think you've uploaded the files wrong man. Both archives include .yfts that are KBs large, so they definitely don't have the model inside them properly. Texture directories seem to be fine though.

Just post your specs!!
MB: ASRock Z170 Extreme4 CPU: Intel Core i7 6770k @ 4.5GHz GPU: ASUS GTX 970 Turbo (OC'd to 120/525 stable) RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 2400MHz HDD: 512GB SSD/2x 4TB HDDs Runs GTA V at max settings (FXAA only tho) with LSPDFR besides grass (which is on normal, looks fine to me) 60FPS... used to run better though, before Rockstar started bogging the game down with anti-scripting crap.

Recent FPS drop when playing LSPDFR
I have a GTX 970, 16GB RAM and an i7-6700k running at 4.5GHz and I've been experiencing the same drops... used to run consistently at 60FPS+ including LSPDFR, now I can't even hold 45 in the city anymore (textures only on high and a few modded LSPD cars...). Rockstar just seems to be killing performance with every update, it's insane. :\ Even with RPH loading only a few non-LSPDFR plugins (MoreControlV, SirenMastery) I struggle to maintain 60FPS in downtown.

GTA V LAFD Battalion Chief /EMS Suburban (Add on) (WIP)
Agree, would be better to use SkylineGTRFreak's Suburban as that's what the LAFD actually use. I can also help out with a 4K skin when you need it. Good to see some more LAFD stuff being made! :)

International Fire Engine (WIP)
Definitely interested. Would be perfect for a Blaine County/Los Santos County engine. :D

OfficerWaller's Garage { Current Project: 1990s Orange County Sheriff, Ca Pack
There is this, which includes a Pierce Arrow XT and Freightliner M2 already, but I'm not sure if the model creator would allow a conversion to GTA V considering it was for a clan pack... maybe even getting in contact with them would be hard. :\ There's also a few trucks here, and they seem to have the model files for them readily available... not sure what the cost would be though. Preview of one of them can be seen here, on gangrenn's YouTube channel. I believe they could be remodelled to have correct equipment on them, but they may be expensive also.

What about some LAFD apparatus? Maybe Beverly Hills FD too? Something I think is lacking at the moment... I was considering trying to do some but I have very limited knowledge with 3D modelling at all. American LaFrance: Seagrave Marauder II: Pierce Arrow XT: maybe even one of Beverly Hills FD's rescue ambulances... Freightliner M2 I think? Awesome work on the Impala by the way, looking forward to adding it to my ingame fleet.
