    Has anyone found a solution to the EUP menu saying the law and order pack isn't installed yet even though I've used the .oiv file? I've done everything I can think of and it won't work.

    Can someone help me please, I followed the directions and did everything right even placed the car files in patch9ng and recent patch but the car still won't change. Although the sherriff2 vehicle seems like its handling has changed.
