In San Andreas, and Los Santos in particular, everything is illegal, and every crime is allowed to be met with lethal force. With or without cause. -
"Loosely" based? Looks pretty damn accurate to me, except of course the top-of-car color and the trunk. I've created Will County skins for Liberty City (never released) and these look way better. Did you "Los Santosify" the Crime Stoppers decal? Here's the one I made for Liberty County lol: -

Inspired by jalenliu's posts, here are my personal "LSX" Los Santos World Airports police K-9 skins that I use for Airport patrols. Recently adapted to Bxbugs's template (perfect CVPI to use by the way, with the white mounts). As always, I strived for 98% accuracy. All correct fonts, all to scale, all to placement. If you look carefully, you'll notice a Los-Santosification in there somewhere ;) -
