If you want it only to shine blue, yes. Color_Light1L = Means the lights on the left, which are usually red. Color_Light3R = Means the lights on the right, which are usually blue.

The lowest form of Muzzle Flash is muz_pistol_small. Edit in weaponinfo.dat, or download IVNeedle, which I use, go to the weapon and Assets.
