Also open iv ask you to copy the folder/path into your mods folder. Maybe watch some tutorialvideo. It is very easy. If you need some help send me pn. Good luck and have fun with LSPDFR

i think you mean abient events. This kind of of "events" for example you can get it with @Albo1125 Traffic-Plugin. You can change spawnrate in the settingsfile. Hope i can help you.
