anytime I get into a pursuit the suspect takes off as normal but not long into the chase the suspect completely floors it and stops steering only changing course when bouncing off a wall or car unless they crash hard and lose most of their speed. It doesn't matter if its a callout or a basic traffic stop, the same thing happens when I'm on a traffic stop and I bump the button that gives a short burst from the siren, the suspects car starts going forward without steering but not triggering a pursuit either and the only way to stop it is to get next to it and hit it so it goes off course and hits a tree and gets stuck on it.

Go into the ELS INI and change ELSTrafCTRL to false.
