I have gotten countless PMs on here and YouTube about the All Blue Carcols for Captain14's vehicles and I told him I would release them today for you all to enjoy !
 
Installation is simple, drop the carcols where the file says to in his directory and replace the light textures with the right files, all textures are edited to all blue so all you gotta do is just replace them.  These do include all his SHERIFF vehicles so enjoy !

LSPA-HPD (Los Santos Port Authority - Harbor Patrol Division) Fleet Skin Pack

Los Santos Port Authority - Harbor Patrol Division (LSPA-HPD)
All-original design for a fleet of vehicles.
 
The Los Santos Port Authority's Harbor Patrol Division is the LSPA's law-enforcement and emergency-services arm for the entirety of Elysian Island, Terminal Island, the Port of Los Santos, and their surrounding coastal areas. They also patrol the harbor itself with maritime vessels.
 
The LSPA-HPD has two subdivisions: Harbor Patrol and Fire & Rescue. Harbor Patrol handles all law-enforcement duties in the Los Santos harbor area with uniform, canine, and maritime patrols, and they patrol with the same vehicles the LSPD uses. Fire & Rescue provides emergency medical, fire, and rescue services in the Los Santos harbor area and they are responsible for everything from injuries of crew to cargo and ship fires to personnel rescue. They use mainly Chevrolet Tahoes, with the Dive Team using a specially-outfitted Ford F350 SuperDuty, and EMS using Dodge RAM 3500 ambulances.
 
The LSPA Harbor Patrol Division's livery design consists of a metallic gray-on-charcoal color scheme, a prominent stylized large LSPA logo on the sides of the vehicle, and large bold lettering all over the vehicle. Black stripes are a major feature and are on the sides and rear of the vehicles. Also featured are stylized roof markings (LAX-style). LSPA-HPD Fire Department vehicles share the same features, but are on a pearlescent blue color scheme with black bumpers. All vehicles feature reflective chevrons on the rear.
 
This design is a collection of a bunch of influences and inspirations. There's some PG County PD in there, some Australian police livery influences, a bit of NFS, a bit of European, a bit of LAPD, a bit of CHP, and a bit of personal design choices. There's some lettering in DIN, which Seattle PD uses (of course). The rest is Helvetica. The "patch" on the rear of the vehicles is original as well, just a circular patch with the seal of Los Santos and the logo of Los Santos Port Authority.

INSTALLATION
 
Using OPENIV, open the relevant vehicles.rpf (located in various locations
depending on model, refer to the model's documentation). Locate the model of
your choice (e.g. "sheriff" or "police2"), select the model's ".ytd" file and
click the "Edit mode" button. Replace the "xxxx_sign_x" texture(s) with the
texture(s) of your choice from this pack.  Save And Close the window.  Enjoy!
 
If you like/require 2K-resolution textures, scale these skins by 50% using your
favorite image editor and save as PNG.

Installation:
To install a texture, it is very simple and by now everyone should know how to do it.
Follow the same instructions when installing a vehicle.
Once vehicle is installed, replace the car's original texture(s) with any texture you choose.
You can find the textures by right clicking on " carname.ytd " ,click on edit and scrolling down until you find " carname_sign_# "
replace and done. (Check the "carname+hi.ytd" for other textures. sometimes you need to replace this as well.

This livery attempts to replicate the black and white LAPD livery seen on Los Angeles Police Department CVPIs, but with a fictional LSPD twist.

Well here is my latest model i have been working on its a 2016 FPIU with a k9 cage in the rear the model has working takedowns and steadyburns and is like the other 2013 version this has very poor interior if one becomes available i will update the file so again dont give me hate or bad reviews because of this if you enjoy using my models be sure to gibe me a review this model is set up for the policeold1 slot because my game is full it will work in other slots but you will need to rename the files etc it also has my matching livery to the rest of my vehicles

Just something I threw together real quick. Do with it what you wish. I just was annoyed with default cars patrolling the airport with RDE installed so I made these skins. Do with them what you wish. I still have the .psds if someone wants border patrol skins made up - considering they're just green instead of blue it'll be a simple swap.
 
Edit them to your liking, but if you re-release them please give me credit.
 
These skins SHOULD work on any CVPI made recently, same for the Explorer - however I included the ones I used in my screenshots below.

PaperworkPlus is a Windows Forms Application written in C#. This program is designed to add a whole new level of realism to your game! If you want to experience the role of a police officer truly, you will need to deal with the paperwork element of duty service!
 
PaperworkPlus 1.6 now adds the ability to save your logs to a public server, so you can see what everyone else is doing!
To register for the online service, fill out this form! (Please note, this service is done by humans and may take a day or two to process depending on how busy I am! Please be patient!) Are you part of a community and want a PRIVATE database, with custom ranks, divisions and agency names? Fill out this form!  
The log files make statistic tracking easy! Want to know how many parking violations you've given out? Oh snap, they're right there! Want to find out if you've stopped this person before? Click, oh look, three times stopped!
 
This software does not integrate into the game mechanics.  It can be used by anyone who wants to get involved.
If you're a player, you can use this program to keep track of your statistics as you hand out tickets! If you're part of a roleplay clan, dispatchers can use this software to keep track of all the actions of their officers!
