I'm really dissapointed that they went with the EA approach, but atleast R* are offering good stuff, unlike the other game companies are doing for their extra content. But I'm probably just gonna go with the regular version because I have no need of those extra stuff and I don't like "Limited Editions", "Special Editons" or "Collectors Edition".

Game4Video is the best ENB, most realistic and works perfectly with ELS. I use it all the time when I play and recording, and I am very picky about ENBs and these kinds of things so I really recommend it.

Really depends on the lightbar. But on primary I usually use: A-1, A-7, E-3C or X-04 And on secondary I usually use: C-04 (I prefer v6 over v7) It's because you have ELS v7.

I would suggest lowering the settings a bit and see if that works. If not that, could it possibly be the CPU or not enough RAM?

As I said, I've written about 40% on a SWAT mod that is MINE. As for helping out and working with you guys, we'll see. Due to my OCD, I feel really uncomfortable working in groups on a project. But it does sound like a fun project to work on with you guys. =)
