Hello guys! I want to check the live wall of crimes going on in Liberty City but I guess there is something of a bot there that is called 'Anonymous' which basically floods everything. I've checked the live wall before, even before I had LCPDFR, and it was there then too and it's annoying like hell because it arrests 3 people 1 second, hands out a ticket the other, calls in backup the other and so on. And when it does that I can't see any of what other are doing. This is really getting on my nerves and I wounder if the site admins can do something about this. Thanks. ~Sgt.Person

Hello guys, I am looking for a good, high quality ENB that is ELS friendly and is for 1.0.7.0. I am running on iCEhancer 2 at this moment but it basicly makes all my lights on the police cars go white instead of red and blue due to the brightness. I should mention that I would appreciate if the ENB had some what of a lens flare in it so it reflects the lights from the lightbar/els. I think you just gotta change some settings in some weapon file in the GTA IV directory and change it to alot of damage.

You could go in on the NYPD scanner, there is tutorial for that, and then just record looooooong files from there.
