  5. I know, on the truck the words "EDISON POLICE" arent placed properly either, I still need to work on it, thats why it isnt being release just yet lol and thank you
  6. My friend drove up to the Township of Edison last night and said he nearly got pulled over for speeding there, so I looked around and did NOT find a single police skin for GTA IV, so I started making one. One will be a Patrol skin and one a Supervisor skin. Will release the skins once I am completely finished and satisfied. Attached are a few pictures of what it looks like so far and in real life
  7. Yeah, I have no experience in mapping ELS, I thought that it had something to do with the colors in the "emerglights" file/picture.
  8. not the reflections on the ground or walls, the light color in the actual lightbar, or dash light.
  9. I was wondering how to change the one or two of the vehicles lights from red to blue, or visversa, or to any color for that matter. Would really appreciate it!
  10. I was wondering where I can get the file for the original FDLC fire truck? EDIT: I was told that original files cannot be posted websites. Sorry

A fictional Department of Army Police Fort Hamilton skin I created for the Mobile Command centre 1.0 made by 00Stevo
  19. Hello people of the LCPD:FR community - I'm new to the skinning world (so please bear with me, constructive critisism is appreciated) and decided one day to make my own skins, so, using templates (and Microsoft Paint) I created the US Army DACP (Department of the Army Civilian Police) Fort Hamilton, NY skins. I've worked on the base (not as DACP) but although they arent 100% accurate, I am still working on them, so far I have one for a Chevy Impala (non-slicktop, I have yet to find the correct lightbar), Ford F-150 (fictional, they don't use F-150's) and soon to work on the Crown Vic (fictional, they don't use CVPI's) and a slicktop Chevy Impala as well as a fictional Mobile Command Center. Once I have the onwer of the model's permission, I will release them on LCPD:FR and GPM. Attached is a picture of the current Chevy Impala slicktop, although I don't think I will replicate the stripes (since I'm not a professional skinner) on any of the models. INFO ABOUT DACP: Department of the Army Civilian Police, are the uniformed civilian police officers of the U.S. Army. DACP are responsible for law enforcement and security services on U.S. Army owned and leased buildings, facilities, properties and other U.S. Army assets. THEY ARE NOT MILITARY POLICE OFFICERS.
  20. Sure, take your time
