You must of read my mind, as I've been wanting a newer mod that did this. The one I had before was functional, but it had some minor things that didn't make sense. Thanks!

  2. I haven't gone in depth with editing the ped's uniform, I leave that part as is and just add my own cars. If your game is crashing, there is a good chance there is a mistake in the XML, such as a missing / or missing opening or closing tag. My recommendation is to sift through everything you've changed and look to make sure there are no mistakes. Based off how Special Units is set up, I don't think you can set a specific region for the vehicle to respond, however, I think I said this already, you can make a "HP supervisor" unit and when you call him, they will show up as HP supervisor. Due to this being a special unit, you have to specifically ask for them in the UB menu, which solves the issue of getting other/unwanted cars.

  4. Yep! You can have as many standalones as you want. My game is filled with them.
  5. You're not annoying at all, don't worry. It depends on your PC and what it can handle and what you prefer. If you want more peds, go for more. 🙂
  6. Try this one - https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-v-100-cars-2x-peds
  7. You might already be aware, but when using RagePluginHook, your GTA V folder must be named Grand Theft Auto V. No "GTA Mods", "Grand Theft Auto mods", just Grand Theft Auto V. Also, from what I'm getting, you have one file that you keep going back and forth with. That's not needed. Have two game directories and rename the one you want to play to Grand Theft Auto V, and rename the other one to GTA V mods, or GTA V no mods.
  8. I'm almost positive by default there is a supervisor special unit, just not one for HP. That's the beauty of Ultimate Backup, you can make your own highway patrol supervisor. If there already is a supervisor entry, select and copy it. Right below it, paste what you copied and rename it to "HP Supervisor" and change the cars to what you want, as well as changing the ped to HP. -- If there isn't a Supervisor entry already, copy one of the existing special units (not police bike), paste it on a new line, and either make two supervisor entries, one normal and one HP, or just make HP.
I like the overall look, especially at night. However I found a couple issues - due to me not knowing if these are isolated to my game and my settings, I'm still rating this five stars. 1) Tail lights are a tad bit too bright (or at least the intensity of them) 2) This might be related to what graphics mod I'm using (MVGA) and your visualsettings not working together, but your visualsettings messed up the lights on a lot of my models. On some, my traffic advisors were all jacked up. Edit: Turns out the issue with my lights started coincidentally as I installed these visuals. Issue #2 is NOT related to this mod.
  9. In addition to this, Albo's mods do say "for best performance, have all my mods installed" - This is just one of his ways to make sure you use all his mods. You can remove AM but still use Traffic Policer and Smart Radio without issue.
  10. Exactly, thank you. We aren't entitled to mods they create, and you aren't entitled to positive reviews.
  11. Opinions like yours are part of the problem. Modders in particular seem to have this 'higher than thou' mindset and think they should only be showered with good reviews because of the work they put in. This isn't how life works. Packing up your shit and leaving because you got negative reviews makes you immature as can be. What happens if he works in a job where customer's can give feedback on the person helping them? If someone gives him a bad rating, is he gonna rage and quit said job? Yes, hard work is put into this, but his mods had become the #1 most used and most requested. It's not like there were a hundred negative reviews. He got a few shitty reviews and took those to heart, completely ignoring EVERY SINGLE legit review that gave him praise. Fucks sake, people were calling him the new albo, and he's still gonna run away because of a few idiots? Trent, Panos and the rest of those idiots all went off to Trent's own site specifically because they wanted a place they can censor people they don't like. I guarantee you the staff on that other site are purging every review they find to be stupid, even if it's a legitimate opinion. It makes me laugh how people want freedom on the internet, no censorship, etc but when someone says something that another doesn't like, they quick as fuck to try and shut them up by reporting them and trying to get them in trouble. People need to grow up and stop crying about shit they don't like. The world doesn't revolve around you, and people have different opinions than yours. Not agreeing with an opinion doesn't mean you can censor them.
I really like this siren, especially the airhorn! My only suggestion would be to increase the volume on all of the tones except the airhorn, they are slightly quiet.
