To be fair, the stormtroopers looked very intimidating and bad ass! To bad their aim didn't live up to that. I use that mod as well, and the biggest problem was that it added too many patrolling cops. Almost one on every single street. Uh, those have nothing to do with LSPDFR, nor could the method for installing them change. If you need extra slots, add the vehicles as standalone. :) Check the link in my signature if you're not sure how. With the right gameconfig, you can have several dlcpacks filled with them.

You need ScriptHookV for ELS to work. I don't use Native Trainer, so not entirely sure if you can change the keybind for it, but I'd remove it and consider Simple Trainer instead.

Try removing Menyoo.

For ELS, you need ScriptHookV to be installed.

I am noticing something odd with your files. You have ScriptHook.dll and ScriptHookV.dll, and then you have AdvancedHook.dll and AdvancedHookV.dll. To my knowledge, ScriptHook.dll and AdvancedHook.dll are not part of the mods. ScriptHook.dll doesn't even come with the official SHV download, so where did you get these? Probably RadianceV, Bright Lights, or some other mod. For the taxi sign issue, go to the Bright Lights file and look in the comments, someone provided an image which fixes the brightness. For bright police lights, open OpenIV and go to mods-->update-->update-->common-->data. Extract "visualsettings.dat" to your desktop and open it. Find "car.default", you'll see car.defaultlight.emissive.day and .emissive.night. Lower the night value a bit, then save. Now click "edit mode" in OpenIV, drag and drop the edited visualsettings to the same place you got it. Click edit mode again. Now go in game and see how it looks. I meant an updated log, I want to see if there's anything about the crash, because as of right now, it's a pure guessing game. Try renaming your mods folder to _mods now go in game and see if it still crashes.
