You must be in an active pursuit to open the pursuit menu. You have to hold E to stop suspects on foot, or arrest someone at gunpoint.

Make sure you are installing LSPDFR and RPH via manual install. (select the manual install option on the download page)

Certain scripts have been reported malfunctioning after the Chop Shop update. Hello, Install HeapAdjuster, PackFileLimitAdjuster, and ResourceAdjuster. These .ASI scripts will alter the default GTA game memory limit, therefore fixing the "out of game memory" issue.

You are missing a required dependency for Super Callouts, redownload it and install Pyro.Common to your GTA V directory. Also remove "Crazy Callouts" because it's outdated.

You cannot copy those lines because they are not hard-coded into the plugin .dll, the reason why it "worked" is because it was meant to be that way. It had nothing to do with those lines.
