[REL] VocalDispatch - Communicate with Dispatch Verbally!
Hello mate! I set up Vocal Dispatch as instructed. However, I am not able to use it ingame. In fact it won't even load correctly. Trying to move it to Plugins only and not Plugins/LSPDFR and loading it manually results in an error! "Wrong parameters". Something wrong with the files or something I did wrong?

Hello everybody! I installed everything as instructed but apparently the Vocal Dispatch won't work/load. What is the mistake here? I even tried to load it manually but it gives me an error with wrong parameters as the message says.

Breaking news - Shooting in Munich
Those are German news and they are good news, credible enough to provide true informations. Those were actually articles from the past that I had still in my history so it was easy to copy and paste them in here, also early in the morning and sorry that I didn't want to google things in English about those stories (I wasn't even sure if there was something in English about that). Not tabloids at all and you seriously do not want to compare the most German news with Americans, do you? I don't know what you read and what you understood, but none of those were only speculations and in reality something else happened. You either walk arounds with blinds or an alu hat. Also, I do not believ everything what news write and I know some of their shit is total bullshit, but I know what's going on and when news point it out more specifically or just tell how it works when I know it's true, I approve. Additionally: As you might read (or not) it is true that politicans and police officials knew about what happened and were told to cover up the story. Not it got revealed and yes, some of those people admitted it. There happens a lot of bullshit and German government officials stated officially in tv on a press conference that they don't have the control over what has been happening here and told that number x of people are suddenly missing (something that everyone who said this way of politics is dangerous and deadly), you can guess if you don't wear the blinds that politicans made those little numbers a lot nicer to not cause panic and/or look even more idiotic as they already are. Many, so many politicians and ex politicians admitted it so do not even try to tell me I'm wrong or I'm believing what tabloids write. It's the truth, it happened, deal with it.

I have not shown any "statistical proof" that this is true (though there are many) because I'm simply too lazy to google it for you. I'm not making things up, it's proven and just because I don't serve you that on a silver tablet doesn't mean it doesn't exist and/or is not true at all. Your second statement is just proving me right, one of the facts I've listed so why even argue? Germany actually (even I guess two of the attackers, at least one) were denied their asylum application but were still tolerated to be here. How does that work eh? If they get their application denied, they should be deported but that didn't happen. Even the EU wanted to put consequences on Germany because of that kind of shit. (http://www.spiegel.de/politik/deutschland/fluechtlinge-eu-kritisiert-deutsche-abschiebepraxis-a-1054927.html) Sure, because Saudi Arabia aren't basically their "brothers" in religion eh? Rather not take their muslim believers and go to the devil west we've been hating for many years. Oh and the Sharia isn't only in Saudi Arabia, it is in Iran, Pakistan etc. etc. Did you hear about new years eve? Well, government actually already admitted that police was ordered to cover the entire story and even politicians knew about that and kept things back. (http://www.businessinsider.de/nrw-innenminister-wirft-koelner-polizei-gravierende-fehler-vor-4681186) (http://www.express.de/koeln/koelner-silvester-mob-neue-enthuellungen--polizei-loeschte-interne-telefondaten--24379910) Yes, the articles are in German. That's because I'm not even sure if there's an English equivalent about it but at least you got your proof here. Second of all: I am tired of arguing with those left wing people like you, keeping their eyes closed and (not necessarily you) insult anyone else who speaks the truth and their mind. In Germany we have that way too often, I don't want to even start it here in that forum. Think what you want to think, maybe one day you will realise the truth. (http://www.welt.de/politik/deutschland/article154174175/Berlins-Unterwelt-ist-verloren-an-die-arabischen-Clans.html) Edit: Just realised there might be some mistakes in grammar etc. Just woke up and too lazy to fix it now. I'll provide better details later on. :D

islam actually is what ISIS does, that's just the cruel truth. Because unbelievers shall be killed, you can find that everywhere in their book. Out of three attacks, three times were refugees. Random coincidence right? Sure. The fear that many Germans had weren't heard, the government of Merkel just did not listen, broke every contract (Dublin to be specific) we had as the European Union stated and those Germans were called "nazis" and racists on a daily basis. Now they pay the price for that.

Sorry dude but what you're doing is what we call in Germany "Gutmensch" and "Links" (Starry-eyed-idealist and left wing). You keep making excuses to this sort of people instead of facing the truth. And at all you did not watch the video of the Egyptian moderator (that video actually went viral all over the media, especially in Europe). It has nothing to do with your islamophobia, what ISIS actually does is the true islam.

Breaking news - Shooting in Munich
I'd say that I as a German know the best what's going and and it's absolutely wrong. In fact they are racist towards us, the Germans and other ethnicities here. And is totally wrong. It's not only stealing and tagging and what not, the German government just recently admitted that they neglected and didn't care about them for many years and that they're now almost chanceless to strike them because they've been running the entire German underground crime all over Germany. Many family clans etc. and fight each other and shootings and what else, too much to list. There are for sure some Germans and even Europeans that look down to them but I'd say for reasonable reasons. Of course there are muslims that behave nice and are integrated, but that's just the minority. The majority simply does NOT WANT to integrate and that's the core of all the problems around the world. Especially in Europe we witness that on a daily basis. It even starts with cartoons (you heard about that for sure), only they express it violently and then you wanna tell me it does not have anything to do with islam? You should watch that video of that Egyptian (famous) moderator, who is - of course - now in fear of his life. of course I've heard and of course it's legit. Angela Merkel just threw the Dublin contract away which made us fill up like a barrel without a ground. And no other country wants to keep up with that bullshit, of course they don't! Who wants such a wave of so many people coming into a country, especially when you know there are "refugees" that mostly flee because of economy reasons than of war. If you want to be safe you go into the first country you are safe in, you do not travel through five secure countries to say "I need help, give me asylum". THEN you are a freaking economy refugee and no country wants that. Especially not because they are mostly people that are not willing to adopt culture and integrate. Why would they actually flee to the west where the devil lives than to go to their brothers in religion like Saudi Arabia? Guess what, they didn't want to take them. Period. Edit: Oh and, yesterday (I think) a muslim set off a bomb in Germany. 'Nuff said.

Breaking news - Shooting in Munich
Thats wrong. muslims do not encounter any racism against them (exceptions maybe in East-Germany), but they're racist against Germans and other ethnicities here. True fact, just gotta accept the truth.

Open borders within the EU is great, the thing is: If you want to have no borders inside, you need borders OUTside, which is the bullshit that went wrong the entire years! Edit: @unr3al there is racism, in fact they are racist to the people in the country that belongs to them.

Brexit
If that way would just work, I for sure would be the first to agree with that. You're right, the problem is that older generations are leading all the countries and even the European Union, even though they're totally unable to run the system the way it should be. There are - sadly - still many conflicts in Europe bcause of countries etc. an old issue we should have had overcome a long time ago. I am strongly for a United States of Europe, but that won't be possible with people with their current mindsets, maybe it changes one day. The problem is, however, also in the young generations, I see it in Germany on a daily basis that pretty much no one of is even slighty interested in politics and stuff, just like in the US, sad story.

The world just does not work with everyone doing only their own thing. That's just my opinion about that. The elder people lived in a completely different time and world, a world that was fed up with wars and conflicts. And many of them are nationalists, do not forget that. Sure no big deal in being patriotic, but some people just want to shut their countries off and just stay under themselves, that simply does and will not work. To me as a European, I can't really understand how people are against unity. Yeah, I hate the European government and the German one, but that doesn't mean to just close your eyes, it needs work to change something about that system.

Brexit
In absolute numbers 1 million is much, yes, but when it's just about 1.9 difference it's a small majority. And yes there are some dumb people in every country, just like in the UK, but that doesn't mean everyone is dumb.

Brexit
True that, but the argument that people died for us and our right to vote is invalid to me. People also died Europe is in peace when it actually isn't that much, people also died for the democracy and for capitalism and whatnot. I agree with you, they should have voted instead of taking it for granted, but there's no right in wrong. It was without a doubt the stupidest thing in a case like that to not go to vote but on the other hand (disregarding that they didn't go at all) I think a decision like this shouldn't lie in the hands of only a small majority. Because this might be future influencing in a serious manner.

Brexit
You can also turn the tables around. Maybe it was just self-explanatory and goes without saying to remain so they didn't vote. What about that eh? Sure, they should have voted of course, but indeed maybe they just thought that of course they are going to stay so they didn't feel the need to vote. Also many people voted to leave because they were baited with fake promises that right after the vote already got taken away just immediately.

Brexit
Like I said, the European Union needs a lot of work and for sure a radical change in its current state such as the leading politicians in Brussels. I get your point and I understand your concerns. To me, a European Union army would be a great thing, but not under circumstances like that. The best way would be to just gather all the armies and let them train together, that is one of many steps to overcome conflicts within Europe itself and it shall strengthen their friendship. The next step is to have elected leaders by ALL of the people in Europe, or at least find a system that works if that's too much (I just had a great idea in my mind but as I was writing that sentence it just disappeared. :(). Then stay strong as a united Europe and not was a state within a state and do their own thing. It for sure will take time to reach this point, yes, but just because it's difficult and takes effort doesn't mean to not even attempt.
