Me, im having this problem too

me either! i updated the scriptloader as stated by the admin, now i cant start lcpdfr or force duty.

what i did before was run gta, and it said it needed xlive, so i selected dsound and downloaded xlive. let me restart it

i already have all those installed and xlive deleted i forgot to add its a steam version of gta 4

it was saying i didnt have xlive.dll installed earlier and wouldnt launch so i had to put xlive.dll on there, i deleted xlive now

Im unable to play online on lcpdfr because a games for windows live update wont install. it says to use this product install the update, so i do but it wont even install. can someone please help me fix this? the update is windows live id sign in assistant 6.5. it starts loading the update but the installer exits out by itself. please help! I cant install the 1.0.7.0 update to play lcpdfr 0.95RC2, and with the update it says that rockstar games social club is no longer needed, and it uninstalls it, and then GTAIV wont start back up. ive tried reinstalling gta and itll play the first mission and prompts me to save through GFW, and it freezes and wont save. I have no clue where to go from here. can anyone help me? im on version 1.0.0.0 now.

gta and lcpdfr works now. how do i go on calls? im not recieving callouts or anything

when i reinstall the game, will it automaticly install the patch? or do I need to install it manually? heres the problem with windows live installing it. it says downloading my profile but it cancels my profile download and it goes on to install the patch and when i go to sign in it says my profile wasnt downloaded and it does the same thing again and tried to install the patch again but canceling my profile download. HELP. how do I manually install the patch???

i am reinstalling now. will the REINSTALL install the 1.0.7.0 patch?

i clicked on autoplay and since its installed it doesnt give me the option to repair/reinstall. any ideas? it just goes to social club it says the version is 1.0000 and i DID download the 1.0.7.0 patch but it wont install. what do i do? it keeps saying searching for components during the patch install but nothing happens :(

its a legitimite copy of gta. where do i go to repair it? if i click on the disc it just goes to social club. where do i go to reinstall?

ive tried everything and LCPDFR STILL crashes GTA 4. ive tried running it as administrator and it still crashes, when i run from the social club itll run until it loads the first mission then it says GTA IV FATAL ERROR:ZLIB20. ive tried installing lcpdfr .95 and .91 and still crashes. any ideas?
