when you make skins for cars you have to have plates for them so unless you are gonna rip the plates from a texture that someone else has done you have these in a folder that you can copy them to your texture and they are most likely blank so you can put your own numbers on them................so after looking at these they are not for use for making textures they replace your existing plates my bad- 5 comments

My lapd texture on an a 2013 fpiu and a charger -
i use scanner audio via my music player nice to have more audio to add to it...just set it to shuffle and let it go. endless scanner audio... i will keep checking on that...thanks..- 27 comments

Redone texture of mine from the original police texture to a sheriff texture. -

Made the original texture as L.S. Police department pack and uploaded it to LSPDFR website. So now i edited it to be an L.S. Sheriff texture.. however i have not made it available to the public -

that was it only replaced those two plugins i have the latetest patch and 6.1 replaced the two plugins with the ones indicated and i have no lag when i approch the stopped car it does not lag at all now....before it was horrible until i got away from the stopped car....even the custom pullover wasn't working right but after replacing those two plugins its back to normal if replacing those two with the ones indicated don't make it better i would try removing one plugin at a time to see if one of the other plugins you have installed is not working with traffic policer...- 3,646 comments
