I have a decent skin for a female LSSD officer, but it only works nicely on the shirt with no tie.

What I was hoping to do was simply remove the option of the shirt with the tie from the PED files, so that only the short sleeve version would be available for use.  Then I can reskin the short sleeved officer, and she'd look great.  

Anyone know how to do that?

    OpenFormats doesn't currently support Ped models. There's also no known way to keep peds from naturally spawning with certain components (LSPDFR and other scripts may have way to manually do that, but only with the peds they spawn) at this time.
