@DozelRhine, @A Stranger okay guys i figured it out. This happens because of the World of Variety. I reinstalled my mods step by step and found WoV causing this. This is sad because WoV is the must be mod in my list. Tbh, I don't know what to do. I think I'll talk about the author. Thank you for your replies, guys. I love this community. Actually, I didn't change or replace it. But still I wanted to change with the original one. Found vehicles.meta in mods/common.rpf/data/levels/gta5. Changed it original one and nothing changed. Still same. This is really stupid... I hate when my gta does that. I don't wanna reinstall my game.

I have no idea about why but I have some problems with my sheriff2. It only happens with custom sheriff2 vehicles. It doesn't matter which vehicle I installed. Its texture doesn't work. Btw, sheriff1 has no problem. Everything is ok.
