ABOUT :   Modern Siren Pack is a sound modification that introduces current generation real-world siren tones to GTA V, giving you a realistic emergency driving atmosphere. This modification will restructure the discontinued American Siren Pack modification and evolve into a larger scale siren modification for Grand Theft Auto V. The sound pack aims to introduce all known siren brands from around the world, and to allow you to choose the siren tones you want to have. The mod also aims to provide you with a smoother and easier installation experience. MANUAL INSTALLATION :
  Make a new folder somewhere on your desktop, name it anything Move Both the Vehicle folder and vehicle.oac file out of this .rar pack into the folder you just created on the desktop Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory. In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf ( it is advised that you use your mod folder instead of vanilla )  Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files. Import openformats, navigate to the folder you put the Modern Siren Pack 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' in and  select the 'Vehicles.oac' save and you're good to go. Respond Code 3 !   OIV INSTALLATION :    OIV INSTALLATION : 
1) Run OpenIV
2) Select Tools > Package Installer (Located on the toolbar at the top)

Here you go guys after 2 months I think of developing. A 2016 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor unlocked for the public to use! Frankly this is becoming the new Crown Victoria and there is no proper unlocked models for the public to use. So here is this. This took alot of motivation and help from the community and I would like to take a moment to thank these people for their support over the course of this development.

Bugs:
Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV Gauge needles are not blue, not sure how to do such? Notes:
To not overlook something I couldn't implement properly is you should add Whelen Vertex's in the headlamps! Ok Boys and Girls. After Five0 release of his Vertex i release now my Vertex. My Vertex is the Light with the most Polys. In the Pack are all Colors (red, blue, amber and wihte) for using as ELS or Sirenlight. I have 2 Textures one for the withe and one for a black Light.
 
Now can the  People not say this is to low or to highpoly now she can use for the lods seperate Lights. The highest for L0 the mid Poly for L1 and L2 amd the low Poly for the rest of lods

So, I love the lakes, never been there, but always have loved them. But there is something else called 'Tahoe' that I absolutely LOVE. And  @Maurice97 happened to share this love with me. He created the ELS Tahoe, I responded with this. Behold: The 2015 ELS Tahoe Skinpack!
 
The cars are all based on various departments. They are listed here.
LSPD: Based on the LAPD. I've used as much in-game logo's and decals as I could find. Some had to be made myself

This is a basic, 2010 Silverado Park Ranger  Make sure to pick yours up oday before heading out to patrol. On the vehicle is a Whelen Liberty II lightbar, with Lin3 Module leds on the vehicle and a Ion Super LED in the back to supply additional lighting. Haven't had any issues with the vehicle in the few hours i  played with it. This is ONLY FOR ELS it won't work without. This is the third vehicle for my fictional lspd pack... any suggestions are greatly welcomed. Currently gonna be changing the lighting pattern so any suggestions would help.. thanks for downloading

Emergency Lighting System V brings one of the most popular modifications ever created for a GTA title (ELS-IV) to Grand Theft Auto V. ELS-V will add a whole new dimension to  your patrols. With a fresh look and many more features than its predecessor, it's also sure to brighten up your game and satisfy the emergency lighting enthusiast in anyone.
 
DESCRIPTION
− ELS provides an alternate and incredibly in-depth way of controlling emergency vehicle lights and sounds.
− ELS requires vehicle models specifically designed to make use of its features.
− ELS includes over 200 unique lighting patterns scattered across 4 light groups and lighting formats.
 
NOTES
− Please consult the ELS USER GUIDE and other provided documentation prior to using ELS.
− As of V1.00 ELS is not compatible with any form of multiplayer.
− A visual enhancement mod is recommended to improve the appearance of ELS lights in game.
 
BASIC INSTALLATION
− A GTAV ScriptHook must be installed for any .asi modification to work. The original may be found HERE.
− Using script modifications in GTA Online can result in a temporary or permanent ban from the service.
− 1. Place ELS.asi, ELS.ini, the ELS folder, and  AdvancedHookV.dll inside your main GTA V game directory.
− 2. Download and install (a) pro-ELS vehicle model(s).
− 3. Start your game.

A remake of the first model I posted on this site, this model was originally made for me and my friends to play with together. However, I decided to release it to the public. This model features an updated skin, more lights and equipment, and marked, slicktop and unmarked variants using extra_10, meaning the lightbar and pushbar will spawn randomly.
 
This download includes custom ELS and handling, as well as a template if you want to make your own liveries.
 
If there are any issues or if you would like to make a request then please contact me by LCPDFR PM.

If you have trouble with the lightbar spawning it helps to add these flags to the vehicles.ide line.

This is my first ped re-texture, and I wanted to share it. The patches are hard to place, so they might still be a little wonky.
 
Anyway, these textures add Paleto Bay officers to EUP. They are based off of Olanov's Tri-City officers specifically. I thought they went well with BxBugs' Paleto Bay liveries as well.
 
It adds a short sleeve for male and female, a long sleeve with tie for male and pants for both.
 
Please read the readme for installation instructions.
 
I've also included edits of the livery for BxBugs' CVPI and Charger and Gump's COBRA Tahoe.

Model is over 80,000. This is mostly due to the interior. Stock plates are removable. Just delete the plates in polygon mode by material selecting "vehicle_genericmud_car" material DO NOT USE POLICE2's HANDLING LINE! Unlocked for developmental usage, give credits as always As accurate as possible to the 2015 model year Updates might come in the near future

Hello everyone, I bring you the first but not last release of LE revamped. This new cop features a new belt retextured and modified, thanks to yours truly and a big shoutout to EVI for giving me permission to release. This cop works perfectly with the holster mod. This cop can now where his vest along with your choice of holster with gun, holster without gun and now with leg holster. This guy brings realism back to the game with retextured uniform to bring out the authority in any situation. You have the choice of using the yellow taser or the black. Also it comes with new head textures, i just didn't take a pic with my busy schedule. But anywho Happy modding and more peds to come.
