Hello everyone!
 
Unfortunately I can not find a solution to this problem. I have already cleaned up the Gta folder from any other mod or plug in and followed the instructions in the FAQ, but LSPDFR continues to crash when loading.
After the first start and the creation of the character, unfortunately he crashes at the next starts.  
I attach the RPH report in case it could serve and a screen of the Gta folder.

having the exact same problem. was fine until created character now crashes on startup everytime.

Same. Verified files, anti-virus off, deleted mods and everything.

Having the same issue here.  Created a character easily.  Once I try to go on duty (pick agency, uniform, etc) LSPDFR crashes immediately every time.

It'd be a bit of an under taking but it be cool to see a San Diego sheriff based pack for V, as far as components go, it be cool to see this light bar made into the game:
