I solved my problem. For anyone experiencing the same difficulties, try to replace your dlclist.xml and extratitleupdatedata.meta with the stock ones and add your custom dlcs one by one in the data files. BTW GREAT UPDATE this 7.5, really enjoying it!!

everything except EUP is working as usual

Well I seem to be just too stupid to get 7.5 working with the EUPMenu. Every time I try to load the EUP Menu it gives me the error that Law and Order ain't installed, but I checked thoroughly and the files are at their allocated places, and I just don't see the Problem :( RagePluginHook.log

total nonsense, the justice system in case of self defence with knife wielding attackers almost all the time doesn't press charges here in Germany, you actually get trained to shoot at suspects armed with a knife in self defence, and that means body shots, not shots to arms and / or legs, and apart from left parties like the green party, nobody seems to have a problem with it, it's just that they scream the loudest

haha no, most of Germany uses VW and Opel, maybe BMW. Most of them are appalling when it comes to acceleration or top speed. Only Highway Patrol in most states use Mercedes or BMW, the big ones with high powered engines. Furthermore no computers, no ALPR, no bulletproof anything, no special seats or stuff for your duty belt, no prisoner partition. We really just get standard vehicles with some blue lights (very few) and a fancy livery (which isn't painted, just stickers).

Just to make something clear, I do not own a gun, I am just a LEO-Cadet, who is given a gun by his department. But that normally entails rigorous training with firearms including assembly, disassembly and shooting the darn thing ;) . I am just happen to know Firearm laws in Germany because they are part of my job. On the other hand I agree with you, that comments made by Mr ScarletDraconis are do little enriching this debate, as his points are most not factual. And I did not take that proposal in buying a pre-20th century firearm all too seriously :)
