    Also, something to note; you may have to install Windows manually- you can do this with either a disk drive or, for an easier method, with a USB. You should look up the methods in case the PC doesn't come with Windows pre-installed.

It should run games fine on high, maybe even ultra. Doesn't come with a WiFi adapter so you'll have to use your ethernet cable, also doesn't come with keyboard or mouse. Let me know if it doesn't satisfy you.
