Also, something to note; you may have to install Windows manually- you can do this with either a disk drive or, for an easier method, with a USB. You should look up the methods in case the PC doesn't come with Windows pre-installed.

Well, you could. I can and I'm well below minimum requirements. You just need willpower and lots of tweaking.

Almost finished making an unmarked, FIB Elegy. It has a police radio inside and sirens on the back and front windshield and on the grille. -
