*******FIXED******** It's rather funny, as I was typing that last message, I decided to re-install LSPDFR but I went with the Manual Install this time. After installing the Manual LSPDFR file, I went into my game directory and gave EVERYTHING administrator privileges', including the Rockstar Launcher and RPH instead of clicking on "run as administrator" each time. I also updated by GeForce Drivers and disabled the overlay feature as mentioned above, even though that did not seem to work. However, I at least got everything up and running again. Just got home and tried this out, still no luck. My entire GTA V and RPH is still crashing on startup with the same error code 😕 Its been a week now of me messing around with different settings and I still cant get LSPDFR or RPH to work properly.

I only have the one RPH running which was the RPH included in the LSPDFR download only, as specified in new LSPDFR instructions.

So, some weird things have been happening to my LSPDFR and GTA V recently and I could really use some help. It has been almost eight months since I have played LSPDFR and wanted to get back into it, so I figured that I would get the most recent updates for GTA V, LSPDFR, RPH etc. When I re-downloaded GTA V from Steam again, everything started up fine. However, when I downloaded LSPDFR into my GTA V directory, my steam_api64.dll file automatically gets deleted. Now after the api64 file was deleted, GTA V and RPH would not load at all and GTA V is telling me to verify my game cache. I had to then reacquire the steam_api64.dll file and now everything will at least run up to the point start up. But as soon as it gets to start up, my game crashes. Now the next hurdle I have had to jump through is that my RPH was crashing almost immediately on validating hook. It took me a while to figure out that I needed to disable my new antivirus as my computer was interpreting RPH as a trojan file. Once I turned off my antivirus and firewall, GTA V and RPH will start loading normally, however, as RPH runs through all of the start up files and GTA V is loading in the background, I then get an ERROR code with RPH stating that RPH has insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus. Not sure what else to do here.. log is below:

Great mod!! The only issue I have run into is when I change the check-up phrases the mod no longer will recognize my response in game. I think a few other people are having the same issue.- 82 comments

Can someone PM me their carvar and vehicle metas with this model installed.. i seem to mess something up every time and crash my game.. i must be super dumb but idk what im doing wrong. Im following the instructions to the T. maybe notepad isnt the best format to edit carvar? idk just would really like to use the model.- 56 comments

I think what would help people install correctly is perhaps including the full meta files with your new metas already included as opposed to making the user add it themselves., that way it is just a drag and drop! (again just a suggestion) I messed up a couple times trying to add your metas too XD total game crash!- 60 comments

Can anyone help me figure out where to edit the carvar for the police 2 slot? Im trying to put a FPIU into the police2 slot but with all these update folders it gets confusing. I have the model placed in GTAV>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday3ng I just need to know where the corresponding .meta and variations files would be found.

I do believe it has to do with a particular car model. Could I be right? I verified my game cache reset everything started my game with 0 mods and everything worked fine. I added add my police vehicles in OpenIV tried starting my game again and same crash. But what is weird to me is all the car models worked before. Not sure what is going on now.

This is a loose attempt at the Kent County Sheriff 2014 Dodge Charger. The reason I say loose is because I spent HOURS trying to find what the back of the car is supposed to look like.. still have no idea.. so i kind of improvised. If you find out, let me know! Welcome to Delaware! Most of the major agencies in the state are included in this pack!!! Added in the pack includes the Wilmington Police Department for City Patrols, The New Castle County Police Department for suburban patrols, Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) for your park patrols, Delaware River and Bay Authority for your bridge, ports, and surrounding Highway patrol, The University of Delaware Police Department for you college campus patrols and of course the Delaware State Police from S0ber Drunk for Highway and Rural Patrols. Where i'm from (Northern Delaware), New Castle County, DRBA, DNREC, Wilmington Police and the Delaware State Police work together everyday almost all the time, assisting each other on traffic stops, complaints, active shooters, etc. This is still a WIP as textures are being updated, adjusted and added! For those of you who do State Patrol series hope you all enjoy, and have fun!
