That's true.. but then we have the problem again on how to do it.. the worst part are always the people who get out ouf their cars in a traffic jam... And we can't give every FD, Police Station a Heli for their equipment, althought there are already 31? Rescue Helicopters in Germany..Or Also horrible is the A61 from Netherlands down Mannheim.. especially the Area around Cologne

Quite a while ago I was talking with my Colleagues from the Volunteer Firefighters about how to solve the Problem.. We Came up with the Idea to get for example the Big BMW R1200ST Touring Motorcycle for Police, EMT and Firefighters and customize them to First Responder Vehicles, since it would be way easier to get a Motorcycle to a Crash Site than a Big Engine...

So.. A Few Days ago a tragic Accident Happened on the A2 in East Germany, where a Fully Loaded Truck crashed in an other Truck at the End of a Traffic Jam. It is Permitted my Law that you have to Make a Rescue Alley in Case of a Traffic Jam so that EMS, Police, etc. can get to the Accident Site as fast as possible.. But since our Fellow Citizens are dumb as hell and rather look at the accident and make photos instead of helping and making way, A innocent Guy had to Die. Reports state that the Trucker (57 Y.o.) died after being Crushed in his cabin by the load.. The EMS needed so long that the Emergency Doctor could only declare the Death of the Driver... Still shocked by this tragic incident, and that here in Germany the Sentence for not making way is only 20 Euros... People will never learn it... Also a Nice easteregg i found ina Random Traffic Stop.. I pull up to the Car and get the get the Notification that the car reeks of Alcohol and Drugs and that the Person seems to be Drunk.. So I search the car and get lots of Drugs and Alcohol.. so far so good.. I proceed in my Routine to get the ID and nearly fell down from my Chair crying and Laughing.. You may ask why.. Well.. the Drivers Name and Birthday Were: Charlie Sheen Born: 03. September 1965.... I was laughing for the next half an hour... :D

Ok so now.. I just installed GTA IV LCPDFR v0.95, ELS v7 and the Menu and everything worked fine.. but then I Installed: Skropro's New Safehouses, vdh Towing Script, Realistic Weapons v.1.1 and SNT.. Then it didn't worked... I'm now trying which of them is causing the problems.. but i think it is Skropro's New Safehouses.. Edit: It was Skorpro's New Safehouses Mod that caused the Problems.. Everything is working fine :)

i always disable SNT when i want to use the Menu Edit: tried everythin you said.. Result --> there is no message that Express mode is enabled/is not and also CTRL+M doesn't work.. Trainer was disabled and has the standarized key bindings. so has the ELS v7.. v6 worked Perfectly with xliveless.asi and dsound.asi... tried both on ELS v7 and on both the lights worked but not the menu nor the express mode

Hello Guys! I've got the Problem with ELS v7 that when I press "J" "K" , etc. on ELS Enabled vehicles the lights start to work. But that is all, I can't browse to another Light nor that I can open the Menu.. I've done everything after the Guide, I watched Tutorials, etc. I have the title="View file named Los Angeles Emergency Services Vehicles Pack">Los Angeles Emergency Services Vehicles Pack 2.2 and some other ELS v7 enabled vehicles. Pls Help.. If you need further informations, pls say it
