Probably a bad mod somewhere. I noticed that it would happen to me when I had a Car-Mod that didn't necessairly like my system too well, It also could be: You aren't running GTA as an Administration Mode You aren't/Haven't tried to run GTA in Compatibility Mode.

Things to Check Spark should be like version 0.6.6 or something? Run it as an Admin! Try Compatibility Mode.

I agree, it makes it a lot nicer when you don't get struck by passing traffic on a T-Stop.

I think less action (No offence) and more everyday life PD work. Not every 15 minutes will there be a pursuit or a shooting, sorry to burst some of your bubbles. Police work is a lot of report writing and listening to others and less action. All of these movies and COPS TV shows are completely bogus. I have been on a ride-along and in a day we did 3 traffic stops, and responded to 3 calls. COPS only films what they think will interest the viewer and not what really happens or what police work is all about. Unless you live in Los Angeles chances are you will never use your weapon on someone in 20 years of being an Officer. Everything you do MUST be justified or you just might not be an Officer for long. I want to see more general police work and a wider range of calls rather than just shooting people and chases. Instead of responding to a shooting why not make it shoplifting or a fallen old lady that cant get up. Truth is that is what PD work is all about. You won't constantly be in the middle of a shooting or a car chase. Overall MORE CALLS!

I've never had any issues with Spark IV. Are you sure that your using the correct form for your game patch?

Hey Guys, I'm looking to get a fleet of cars skinned for me to use. I don't really think that I will be taking it any further than for personal use but i'm not too entirely sure. I don't mind paying like $20-$25 for the skins as long as they are QUALITY Skins! Basically What I want is a 2011 Crown Victoria, 06-10 Dodge Charger, 08-12 Tahoe (New Body Style), with both Patrol and Supervisor skins. Also it depends on which version of LCPD:FR you are using. I know that linking your account on .95 RC 1 will not work for some reason. You will need to use .95 RC 2 to link your account.
