First you will need to disable your keys (Options, Page 2, Disable Keys (Right Side)). Then everything you do through the trainer will be used as follows: Numpad 8: Up Numpad 2: Down Numpad 4: Left Numpad 6: Right In your trainer's options you can add a speedometers and things like that you will just need to look for it. As far as the ELS issue goes, you will need to make sure you have ELS installed into the correct directory (GTA IV Main Directory) and make sure you have both your ELS.ini and ELS.asi. Once you have checked that you can go in game and press the following keys: J - Primary Lights (Lighbar if you have one) K - Secondary Lights (Directional Bar usaully) L - Take Down Lights (Ultra Bright Lights on your Lightbar) U - Way to change the pattern of your primary lights I - Way to change the pattern of your secondary lights Alt + M - Way to bring up your ELS information Panel. If you want to avoid your game crashing and things i'd reccomend the Real Time Cycle files that are on GPM. You can get them from here. It does just about the same thing as ENB just without less of a frame rate hit! Good luck! :turned:

I'd be having the same issues. I think that the recent DDOS thing has messed with it. All we can hope for is that the developers will fix it soon! :turned:

ELS is not anything LCPD:FR related. J will toggle your Primary Lights K will toggle your directional bar/secondary Lights L will toggle your Take Down's Alt+M will bring up the info Panel Make sure you are using a Police Car that is ELS compatible otherwise it will not work.

I personally would like to see a variety of calls. Usually its a domestic violence, shoot-out, or a pursuit. You never see a Officer needs assistance, burglary, suspicious person, MVA, Vehicle Fire, Traffic Control calls or anything along those lines. Not everything police do is shooting and stuff. I vote a bigger variety of calls.

Quite frankly I agree with you. Cops are becoming corrupt around here. Although since criminals are gaining more firepower the police need to match it, to protect themselves equally. Spike strips don't necessarily stop a car all the time. They may throw it and knock out the tires. This isn't guaranteeing that they are forced to stop. Sure they might loose control and stuff but if there is an easier way to do it (Shoot the Cars Engine out) and be done with it without endangering a bunch of lives in the mean time i'm all for it. Taking out someones tires just makes it that much harder to get away with what your doing. Other than that i agree with you! :turned:

Everyday people who get stopped by a LEO are just like poop not another cop, then they get all pissy with a ticket and stuff. Lots of people i know at school and stuff are all "Fuck the Police" and stuff. I mean normally you are true, but how often does something like that happen to the normal person everyday? Not many times im taking a wild guess. I'm talking more everyday respect rather than just after they save your life.

I think personally that Police Officers are very un-appreciated here in the United States. I cannot speak for the rest of the world, but I think that the men and women that serve us are to be Honored. I think that we need to have a World-Wide Law Enforcement Day. We need to take at least one day our of the other 364 we have to give thanks to the people who protect us. I am looking for a team to help create a realistic yet enjoyable Emergency Services clan. I don't want a bunch of little, unrealistic, annoying kids in the group. I'd like to have mostly Teenagers (15+) and adults in the clan. I don't have an exact name or anything for it yet, but i'd like to have 3 different departments (Police, Fire/EMS, Sheriff). I had run a GTA 4 XBOX clan for multiple years and really enjoyed it. I am going to become a Police Explorer here soon and i am familiar with some code. I am somewhat familiar with Photoshop hence my photography background. I can skin but i will need a background template or basis to go on for it. I really have been role playing for quite a while not only on PC but i have been playing on XBOX and PS3 as well. I have been a SA:MP player as well.
